We were wanted to find a place that is close to the beach. It was steps from the beach. And a quick walk to the pier and grocery. The parking situation was not bad due to being a bit off season. We lucked out having good weather. Wverytging was provided. Overall we would recommend this place.

Thanks for the review, Norma! We're so glad to hear you had a perfect weekend in Newport! And for those considering this home, Norma is correct in that you may hear the upstairs guests. If this poses a problem, we do provide white noise fans to mitigate ambient noise. We also are in the office 7 days a week for you to call if the other unit infringes on our noise policy. Thanks again for the feedback, Norma! -The Beachview team
