Our large group just needed one night in Spokane for our golf trip and this was the perfect place. Super convenient coming from airport and a lot of places to eat in the area. Ryan also accommodated us and let us in a little early on short notice. I would highly recommend!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. An older home that has been tastefully remodeled. Plenty of room. Doesn’t look like much from outside but as soon as you enter, you are impressed. Quiet older neighborhood.

We appreciated so much about this house. It was clean, comfortable and the host was very helpful. We were in town for a funeral and were thankful for the toys and games for children, the back yard with many seating options and the high chair for our grandbaby.

Spacious, clean and a comfortable mix of modern (kitchen and bathrooms) and old (original wooden flooring and built in cabinets). Complete with a 60-70’s era “disco ball.” We were a party of 9-10 and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a place to sleep (including two large couch options if needed). Large patio and back yard complete with a four-in-row game. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood quiet and very walkable with a park within a half mile.

Nice big yard for the kids to play in. Kids loved the movie room and game room. Only bad thing for us was garbage cans was full and nobody else put cans out. Made the yard smell horrible. But thank goodness the garbage came while we was there. I loved the size and the price for this house. We will definitely be back.

Very spacious rental home, which worked well for our needs. Kitchen has the needed items for cooking, plus an outdoor grill. Comfortable beds. Host was to easy to work with and communicated quickly.

It was great. Lots of room for family and kids. TV room and game room were a big plus for our three grandkids. Plus lots of room for the family to socialize in one group and in smaller groups. Patio was awesome as well. Would like a few more cooking utensils. Squeaky doors are a thing for me and a couple could use attention but great house!

We are repeat visitors. We enjoyed the property and location the first time so booked again for a joint family Thanksgiving. The hosts are amazing with communication and also reached out to let us know we could check in early, which was very appreciated. We love that it's dog friendly and spacious with many entertainment areas, which makes it the perfect place for a joint family gathering.
