The Canon Hill Cottage

Keep it easy with this great location in a peaceful South Hill neighborhood! It is only a 4 minute drive up the hill from I-90. Access downtown activities or main hospitals in a snap. There is also a lovely park just a half block away along with miles of hiking/mountain biking trails along the bluff.

Two queen beds, two twin beds, two full bathrooms. Perfect for two couples to stay with privacy or a larger family! Kitchen, laundry, two living spaces with smart TVs.

New renovated and updated spaces make this house easy and comfortable!

There is off street parking in driveway and street parking available.

*During winter road conditions, all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended as it is with all South Hill driving.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood in an amazing location with easy access to many Spokane attractions.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We stayed just one night. It was very clean everything was labeled. Cool park/playground at the end of the street. Bakery with coffee a short walk away. Thanks so much!

Home was exactly as pictured with 2 living areas (main floor and basement bedroom and living room). Hosts were easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to our needs. The residence is on a dead-end street in a cozy and quiet neighborhood. It's very near a park at the start of several hiking trails, additionally has easy access to groceries and the downtown medical center. Perfect place for our daughter to rehab for a couple of weeks.

Wonderful neighborhood and location. Stairs to the basement are very steep and not well suited for elderly or mobility limited family members. Also the air conditioning is such that if the upstairs is comfortable, the basement rooms are FREEZING. the back yard is a bit of quiet paradise however. Would stay again.
