Great place to stay if youre looking for some time away with a big group. There are multiple properties that Rich owns nearby. This is a huge place and nice and secluded. Probably a little older of a property than at least the other 638 property that we also stayed at. Loved how secluded and peaceful they were. Communication with Evadene was excellent

Really great stay, house was incredible and Rich was a wonderful host - very easy to communicate with and was helpful with accommodating our group and setting the house up for our event. Barny the barn cat was also a great addition to our Sten do group!

Lovely Getaway!

A lovely house, perfect for a family and friend’s getaway from poolside hangout and grilling, to family style dinner and rooms prefect for game night. The view is gorgeous and serene. Rich and the team were responsive and super helpful. The alpacas were a hit too! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Setting

We spent the weekend visiting our daughter and enjoying the last of summer outside around the pool. Gorgeous views, perfect weather and lots of water fun! Our second stay here this year. Appreciate the efforts of Rich to make us feel comfortable.

Epic sprawling ranch escape, so much nature to be enjoyed in addition to the tennis court and alpacas next door. Would recommend for friends, families, and companies alike. Also great communication from the host and caretaker.

Perfect for a large group

We absolutely loved our week in this beautiful house! The pool was perfect for the really hot days we had. The many rooms and areas to hang out were perfect for the rainy indoor days. The rooms and bathrooms couldn’t have been cleaner and the beds so soft and comfy. Richard was very accommodating. He told us multiple times if we needed anything to just ask and he even built us a fire pit to use for the week! We fished in the lake and visited the alpacas. The whole property is gorgeous! We would love to return! Thanks Richard!

Family Wedding on beautiful property

Our son was married in Phoenixville, and 14 members of our family (from Philadelphia, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, and New Orleans) stayed at Rich’s home for a long weekend. We could not have asked for a more responsive owner or a better place to enjoy our time together. The bedrooms were all clean, well appointed, and the towels and bedding were all good quality and plentiful. There was plenty of hot water for many people to shower at the same time. The kitchen was huge with lots of room for meal prep and plenty of storage and seating. There are two refrigerators, a stand-alone freezer, and two wine fridges, so even a large group will have plenty of cold drinks and room to store food. The house is huge with multiple living areas, so there is not only lots of space to be together, but also plenty of space to have some alone time or break up into smaller groups. If you have children, there were multiple portable cribs and a high chair. The house is big enough and designed in such a way that kids can nap or sleep undisturbed while the adults play games and socialize. I can’t say enough about the outside space. Beautiful pool, large hot tub, and gorgeous landscaped grounds where you can play lawn games, disc golf, football, or just sit back and enjoy the birds and the view. There is plenty of seating on the patio and around the pool and a new outdoor gas grill to barbecue. The house is far enough away from neighbors that you can have privacy and socialize without disturbi
