About this property

Cozy Tiny House Retreat – Nature, Privacy & Hot Tub

Enjoy the lovely setting of this tiny house-style cottage, nestled in nature among mature trees next to Hilltop Park. Perched like a treehouse, this cozy space offers a unique and romantic experience: a warm wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom with rain shower, a soaking freestanding tub for two, and a private hot tub for four overlooking a tranquil fish pond.

Despite the secluded feel, the location is central:

5 minutes from SeaTac Airport

10 minutes from Southcenter Mall

15 minutes from Downtown Seattle

---

The Space
This is a small, 1.5-story tiny house, about 350 sq ft total:

Main level (200 sq ft): Living room with a couch, bar seating for two, kitchen with fridge, 4-burner electric stove, oven, sink, microwave, bathroom with rain shower, and a wood fireplace.

Loft level (200 sq ft): Open loft with a king mattress, a soaking tub for two, and a small floor seating area (head height is limited — you can stand in the center only, it is low ceiling loft not for very tall people)

This tiny house is located on a one-acre lot that also includes a main house and another cabin (both listed separately on VRBO). Each unit has its own private fenced yard and outdoor space — only the driveway is shared.

---

Guest Access
You’ll have full, private access to the entire tiny house, fenced yard, pond, and hot tub.

---

Other Things to Note
There’s one private parking spot in the shared driveway. Plenty of street parking is also available on both sides.

What a cute place. It was my dog and I, which was perfect. The hot tube, the rain fall shower, and the cute pond! Perfect!

Check in process was a breeze but there were several issues with the property. Upon arrival the back area is overgrown and has had no upkeep, the inside is similarly unkept. Utensils were unclean, bedding seemed as though it had been sitting in a closet for several months, and the sideboards on the stairs had water damage which was probably caused by the leaking AC. The walls and TV had strange splatters on them. Amongst all of this there was a spider problem and the owners decided to have a party at their property up front and took up our parking spot leaving us to find parking at 12am. Reviews are obviously being deleted.

Right in town but very remote. Smaller cabin but still great and fully stocked.
