I went to RI for a funeral. It was a very difficult long weekend for me and my family. The beach, the view, and the tremendous amount of stars visible at night was healing and helped to sustain us at the beginning and end of long and difficult days. The love and care put into the property shows. There is an outdoor table and umbrella for sunrise coffee and breakfast. The application process was different. I never did that before for a VRBO. It made me a little nervous because I didn't hear back if I was approved or not for more than a week. The manager sends out a generic email about what to expect and what to bring. However, the condo was very well stocked with paper products, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler. There were no beach towels, so I packed a travel towel in my luggage. The outdoor shower has hot water which was very nice. I loved the kitchen! We cooked a lot and borrowed the cooler to bring food with us. The price seemed high to me, but the area is expensive. So, it was appropriately priced. Access to the beach and the rocks at the Carriage house Ruins was great to explore. The grocery store is 7 minutes away. I like to support women-owned businesses because of details like a drawer in the kitchen had scissors, tape, batteries, etc... I love that the needs of the guest had been considered and provided for. I would recommend this condo for great beach access, being close to a lot of activities, or if you need a peaceful retreat to heal.
