Mother Daughter Getaway

Great accommodations, great view, great getaway. This property met and exceeded my family’s expectations for a relaxed, beachfront vacation. Loved the chairs and umbrellas set up for us each day and the functionality of the unit. Will definitely be back to Crystal Sands 307B!

Breathtaking view

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be more happy with everything. The view was breathtaking. We saw dolphins swimming every morning. The condo was big enough for 5 of us and had room for more. The outdoor grill was very useful and convenient. We couldn’t be more pleased with this condo and location.

Mini vacation

All good except they need to let renters know that they only have a kerig coffee pot. We had brought coffee but had to buy kerig cups when we got there.

Destin Family Vacation

The property itself was lovely and the views of gulf were just beautiful. The only issue was the pounding from next door all day everyday. There was an obviously some unit updates going on next door. Also the roof was being repaired and they would start before 0800. There was so much pounding one of the decorations fell to the floor and broke.

Advertising completely renovated but that wasnt the case. Looked rough in places

Air conditioning went out and owner seemed like he wasnt in any hurry to fix. Had to get bids. I was in unit for 29 days and for the money i paid was not worth it. Owner claimed to be completely renovated and was not the case. I can tell you it needs updated

Shrimp boil smell

Everything was fine but whoever stayed before us must had cooked a shrimp boil or fish because the whole condo smelled of it all week . I cleaned and cleaned on the fridge and I never could get the smell out . Our food was ruined because of it everything you put in the fridge smelled like it . I will never get this condo again unless they get a new fridge and take the carpet out . Sorry for the negative but by Wednesday I was over the smell the whole family was

Good overall

We enjoyed the stay at the property due to walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was safe, no issues with that. The condo needs updating: kitchen stools were at the brink of breaking ( I guess there was loose screws?). The showers have low pressure. Upstairs room was warm. This condo is located right by the elevator so it causes a lot of noise by the master bedroom. The beach in front of the building is private but there is public access on the sides of the building. That wasn’t my favorite. We’ve stay at other properties that didn’t have public entrances. We still had a great time at this property.
