Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon checking out to turn water OFF: Lever located in Utility Room, please push the lever to the right to the point that it will be at a 90-degree angle to the water pipe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fish caught at lake may not be cleaned/ cooked or brought inside condo. May use gas grills at pool cabana. Fishing gear not allowed on condo premises
No Smoking rule applies to any/all smoking apparatus. No Vaping, E Cigarettes', or any /all smoking equipment inside condo or outside on patio.
No group parties .Up to 2 guest allowed to visit to10:00 PM. MUST vacate pool-cabana at posted time. Do not hang towel on railings - Hang on chairs.

very nice weekend getaway. Enjoyed the views and the quiet surroundings. Would suggest some type of lighting over the unit number. It was dark when we arrived and it was very hard to find which unit. We went to 3 units flashing on cell phone flashlight on the numbers before finding ours.

While raising my family In my 20's I started taking college classes. determined to achieve my goal of earning a bachelor degree'. At age 50 I had earned dual degrees. One in Marketing and one in Management. This checked off another dream that I was determined to achieve.. Retired now and not telling my age :). I was employed as a Property Manager for over 600 apartments (giving me a little edge ensuring tenant satisfaction) and was a Cable TV Customer Service Manager for spanning an area of two states, Finished up my employed years as Human Resource Benefit Manager for a company with over 100 employees. I love my retirement and the fact that it affords me the opportunity to do what I enjoy. After a year of owning my condo and seeing other families doing the same while renting their units out occasionally, I decided to jump on board and I love it. I have met so many wonderful people, it keeps me busy and there is no denying....gives me a little extra income. I invite you to choose my condo. I live a little over an hour from Smith Mountain Lake and owned a boat while raising my family and loved visiting the Lake. I always wanted to own lake property but never thought I could afford it. I am retired now and do not need nor want a large vacation home but enjoy the lake and it's amenities. I chose to buy this condo because of the size and the location. It is perfect size and affordable for a couple retreat or a short/extended business trip visit to the lake The reviews that I receive from my guests of every age group state the same reason for their high rating reviews. They love the cozy feeling, the cleanliness, the quick access to everything and the affordability of having it all. Also, included in the rate for my guess is free boat parking and a dock access to the lake. In short, I choose this neighborhood because it offers it all for an affordable. price. What makes this property unique

My ground level waterfront condo is equipped so that you only need pack your clothes and bring beach towels if visiting during pool season. What makes my property location unique is its rural setting area but it is located close enough to enjoy the restaurants, entertainment, and abundance of history locally. You will also have the opportunity to view the most gorgeous breath taking sunsets while sitting on the patio or from inside the LR/Dining area. My little condo offers you a wonderful atmosphere of rest and relaxation yet close enough to enjoy a night of various restaurants, music/entertainment or a drive with Virginia's scenic environment/landmarks comparable to the best. I have created an atmosphere inside the condo that is not crowded yet has the amenities that creates an enjoyable retreat. It is proof that wonderful things can come in small packages.
