Very comfortable place to stay while in Urbana/Champaign. Well appointed and very clean. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Very efficient A/C with fans in every room to keep us cool in the heat of summer. 3 smart TVs provide plenty of entertainment options. Our host Karen was terrific and responded quickly whenever we had a question. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect pet-friendly spot

My husband, college student son, and I stayed at this property over Christmas with our family dog. This house is well-appointed, spotlessly clean, with a nice, fenced-in yard. The beds are comfortable, great water pressure, and the check-in process is incredibly easy. It’s in a safe neighborhood in a convenient location and we will absolutely book again.
