Return to this home base to enjoy a high quality sleep on adjustable Sleep Number mattresses, or stay in and catch up on your favorite Netflix show.
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 970 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. The townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay.

• First Floor: Living room with queen sofa bed; kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed and working desk, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Air Conditioned.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
