About this property

1850 Farmhouse with 7 bedrooms & 8 bathrooms - Eastwood Hill

The three story front facade, complete with 2 wrap around porches was constructed in 1900. The original back cottage which adjoins the facade dates back to 1847. There is a large entertaining deck which surrounds a 300 year old oak tree. The entire property is nestled in the hill country yet conveniently only 3 minutes to downtown San Marcos and 10 minutes to the Outlet malls. Your stay also includes a newly constructed outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

Absolutely wonderful experience!This house was stocked with everything you needed while away from home! Everything, even seasonings! Checking in and checking out was a breeze, management was phenomenal. We had 21 people in our party and we all slept amazingly well. Every bedroom has a bathroom even the library.! We highly recommend this venue for any future events!!!

Graduation Weekend

We had the best time! The house was so beautiful and we had absolutely everything we needed! And more! I would definitely love to stay again. Owner and managers were so responsive and friendly! They even did a special surprise for our graduate. Thank you!!
