We chose our home in Cardiff because of the sweet community, the safe neighborhood, a cul-de-sac so our boys could play safely without constant commuters, and the proximity to amazing SoCal surf breaks.
What makes this property unique
Our home is perfect for families and those seeking the quieter side of beach living. The home was professionally designed with minimalism in mind to help reduce the noise that can exist in houses with less than more white space. Our former guests, particularly our guests who have rented our home for a writing have loved the sun room.
