Why they chose this property

We chose our home in Cardiff because of the sweet community, the safe neighborhood, a cul-de-sac so our boys could play safely without constant commuters, and the proximity to amazing SoCal surf breaks. We love the laid back vibe, the tacos, the abundance of nearby activities, and did I mention the tacos!

What makes this property unique

Our home is perfect for families and those seeking the quieter side of beach living. The home was professionally designed with minimalism in mind to help reduce the noise and business of our day to day lives. Our previous guests, particularly our guests who have rented our home for writing and creative retreats have loved the sun room. We love the indoor/outdoor living as well as the abundance of fresh fruit growing on the property.
