About this property
Sunday Circle - Hot Tub & Hill Country Wine Trail
Summary:
Five minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and the 290 Wine Trail — but private enough that deer graze in the yard every morning. The Sunday Circle is a fully renovated Hill Country home in the resort-style Mariposa Ranch community, with a private hot tub, a stylish kitchen with quartz countertops, soaring vaulted living room ceilings, and room for 6. Pets welcome.
The Space:
The Sunday Circle puts you in the sweet spot of Fredericksburg: close to everything, but tucked away in the peaceful Mariposa Ranch community where the pace slows and the wildlife shows up uninvited — in the best way. Watch deer graze from the front porch over your morning coffee, then be at Signor Vineyards, Becker Vineyards or Grape Creek in about 10 minutes.
Sleeping for 6 The home has two private downstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a sitting area — ideal for two couples or a family. Upstairs, the open loft has two twin beds, perfect for kids or a third set of guests who don't mind a shared sleeping nook. Two full bathrooms serve the whole group.
The kitchen & living areas The fully renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, updated appliances, and everything you need to cook a real meal after a day on the wine trail. The open great room flows off the kitchen with vaulted ceilings and wide windows that fill the space with natural light — the right setting for a long dinner, a game night, or movie night on the couch.
Outside The private backyard is where evenings happen: soak in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or settle in on the deck with a bottle of local wine. The front porch is equally hard to leave, especially at sunrise when the ranch land lights up and the birds take over.
The location
• 5 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg and Main Street shops and restaurants
• Directly on the 290 Texas Wine Trail — 50+ wineries within easy reach, including Becker Vineyards, Pedernales Cellars, William Chris Wines, Grape Creek Vineyards, and Signor Vineyards
• Spring (March–April): wildflowers and bluebonnets line every road
• Fall (October): wine harvest season and Fredericksburg's famous Oktoberfest
• Year-round: deer sightings, quiet mornings, and Hill Country sunsets
Other Things to Note:
We schedule routine hot tub maintenance on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday each week — typically about 15 minutes, after which the hot tub is ready to use.
Pets are welcome! We charge a $50 fee per pet. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the space is ready for your four-legged guests.

We loved our stay! The property was exactly as described. It was comfortable for our weekend get away for our Mother/daughter trip. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub enjoyable and sitting on the front porch for our morning coffee was spectacular as we watched the deer in the field across the street. I highly recommend staying here. It was so peaceful.
And out with friends for one night stay. Such a cute property and convenient to wineries! House was comfortable, clean and laid out well. Hot tub such a nice treat!! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will consider staying her again!!
Took my grown grandson for a visit to Fredericksburg and stayed at Sunday Circle. Clean well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Close to everything "Fredericksburg". We had a great time. Visited Wildseed Farms Winery. Fantastic place. Host, Joe answered all my messages through VRBO quickly.
Went for a quick get away to celebrate a birthday. The property was located on a beautiful area, not far from downtown. We woke up to deer feeding on the property. It was a very peaceful location.
The house is very quaint and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.
The house is very well done. Plenty of thoughtful touches. Plenty of seating inside and outside the home. Great views from the front porch. I booked this house for me and three of my girlfriends for a girls weekend trip. We had a great time!
Good little house on a decent sized property so it feels fairly secluded. Open field out front with lots of deer to admire! Close to town so we could pop in very easily, but also just outside of town enough that you can be at a vineyard in a few minutes. We went on daily walks in the neighborhood and very little cars coming and going so we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Will go back!
Stayed for a Mom/daughter trip and we were pleased with the property. The pictures online are representative of the property although we thought it was more on open land rather than a cute little neighborhood. This was not a detractor for us on the trip just a little unclear from the pictures. The property was clean and cute. We enjoyed the proximity to Main Street. Perfect for 2-4 people. Seeing deer in the neighborhood at dusk was an added bonus.
A short five-minute drive (if you hit all of the lights) from the main strip in Fredricksburg! I loved being away from the hustle and bustle and getting to enjoy a peaceful country setting and view. The management was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is charming and cozy and a great price point! My two daughters and myself loved every bit. *The loft with the two twin beds does get quite warm during warm weather* I would stay here again!
