Luxe Cabin+Cottage at Kirkwood Resort, walk to lifts!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to the mountain from this centrally located home. Large, gorgeous home, great for entertaining & prime location between Timber Creek & Kirkwood Village. 5 min walk to ski lifts, also in shuttle route. Ski to the bottom of the driveway from Home Run Trail when getting off the mountain. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, cozy fireplace, and deck with panoramic mountain views. A large loft area includes game & media center, futon and queen bed. The cottage is located around the lower deck with separate entrance, a private bedroom, full bath & additional kitchen.

All TVs include Hulu (full cable package), Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ already registered.

Main House (Large Luxe Cabin):
Two Master Bedrooms, each include a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, a smart TV, a full bathroom and private deck. Loft area includes a queen bed, a queen futon, smart TV, Pac-Man table (with 60 arcade games), and board games. The living space includes an additional full bathroom, kitchen, smart TV and fireplace. Deck off of the living room includes a gas grill and outdoor furniture.

Cottage (Caples Cottage):
Located around lower deck includes a bedroom with two queen beds and smart TV. Living space in cottage includes two futons, smart TV, kitchen, dining table, and blue tooth stereo. Outside area includes a deck and grill.

Parking: Property is a corner unit in a culdesac. Parking for one vehicle in the garage, and one additional vehicle in front of garage under deck. Additional parking located along the private driveway. No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season.

During ski season there is a free shuttle that picks up near the bottom of the driveway and drops off throughout the Kirkwood Base Area. Additionally, the lifts are a short walk in either direction.

Check in time is at 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Early check-in (1:00pm) and/or late check-out (1:00pm) are $50 each and subject to availability.

Kirkwood is a mountain town and gets a large amount of snow during the winter season. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
