About this property

4 Bed + Loft, Gorgeous Kirkwood Condo

Large, gorgeous 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, + Loft condo directly across from the lifts and Kirkwood village. Vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling rock fireplace, completely remodeled from top to bottom and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has new cabinets, slab granite counters and top quality matte stainless steel appliances. A large loft area includes a sofa, wet bar and media center. There is one space of covered parking and additional parking outside.

Other things to note
-There's no elevator in the building so get ready to climb stairs.
-Firewood is not provided. Please feel free to bring your own firewood or purchase it at the Kirkwood General Store.
-There are TVs with DVD players throughout the condo but there's no cable or antenna TV. Feel free to bring your own DVDs.
-We have Chromecast on all the TVs so you can watch by casting from your phone or laptop (i.e. Netflix, etc).
-Heavy water usage, such as several showers in a row and/or at the same time, will empty the hot water heater. If you notice water getting cold, waiting 15-20 minutes for the next shower should fix the issue.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Put used bed linens and towels in WASH ME bags, found under the kitchen sink • Take all the trash bags and recycling to the dumpster at the opposite end of the garage from the parking spot
• Return benches to standing against the wall inside the entryway of Unit A • Close any open windows and put down the blinds • Unplug any space heaters and fans if you used them
• Turn down the heat to 50 degrees F
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If using the oven or stove, please turn on the vent (the button is on the microwave). Do not vent any cooking smoke into the building hallway.
Vent any extra cooking smoke out the living room window NOT into the building hallway. The fire dept is required to turn the building alarm off.
There is an open loft on the 2nd floor. Please be careful around it. Also, two of our windows are missing screens so be careful around those as well.
