House rules:
***Bikes are not something we offer, they belong to the owner of the property for personal use. Please check out the bike rentals near the property***

***Do not use white towels for make up or beach/pool. We provide makeup black towels and beach towels. We charge $20 per towel that gets permanently stained or lost.***

***Make sure we have the do not smoke or vape inside the house or patio. If there is cigarette smell upon check out we will have to rent an ozone machine to remediate and guests will be charged $1000. Same thing with freeing or cooking fish in the house.***

***No glass around pool. If there is an accident and glass breaks in the pool, it will have to be drained and refill, which we be charged to the guest.***

***Hot tub jets will be functional but heater will be off due to the hot summer weather. You need to request for the heater to be turned on so we can let the pool tech come in to turn it on.***

***For Bookings paid out of platform and processed by credit cards, refunds will not include the credit card processing fee***

***Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog / Know Your Guest. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.***
