Great location

We stayed for 3 nights here. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was wonderful - very quiet area and a short walk to the wharf and marina. There was off street parking, and we were able to walk everywhere.

LOVE the West Beach area

We always seem to stay in the West Beach area and are never disappointed. This place was on one of our favorites streets—very clean, safe and an easy walk to the beach, State St and the Funk Zone. The apt itself was exactly as stated in the listing. We will definitely be back!

Clean, modern, and prime location

The unit was very clean, modern, and minimalistic. No clutters and no unnecessary items that alter one's mind. We had our two little boys who could easily go down stairs and play in the little backyard area safely. We LOVED the location (walkable to almost everything you can think of!); we didn't get to use our rental car much at all. The beds are comfortable and clean.

Amazing!!

This was the perfect rental for our family of four! The property is located in a quiet, tree-lined street within walking distance to MOXI, the beach and funk zone. There are plenty of amazing coffee shops, eateries and restaurants nearby. The unit was beautifully renovated with modern finishes. It was spacious and very well thought out. It included everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. I only wished we stayed longer! The Beach Villas Team was awesome! Prior to our arrival, the Team sent us a detailed guidebook that had thorough instructions about the house and tons of local recommendations. They also made sure to stay in constant communication although we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!
