LOCATION! LOCATION! Just 300yds from West Beach, a block off State St. and easy walking to downtown and Funk Zone, our historic triplex offers great accommodations for discerning visitors. The rooftop garden/patio adds another entire experience to your stay!
The 600` unique ground-level 1-BR/1-BA (sleeps 4) apartment has a separate entry from side patio, a renovated kitchen and its own semi-private creekside back patio.

Having lived in this wonderful 110+ y.o. main house ourselves for many years, and since adding improvements from 2010-2014, we can assure that the accommodations will certainly please.Top-notch queen bed in BR. Skylite in LR. HD-TV, & hi-spd internet.
Of particular note is the ARTWORK on the walls.
The queen-size sofa-sleeper is top-quality and truly very comfortable for a second couple or children.
Guests have a sitting porch out back and are welcome to enjoy our Chapala Gardens vertical tower garden and rooftop patio.
Besides the apartment`s living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, there is day access to the rooftop garden/patio.
Access is easy. We live 5 minutes away in downtown SB, and are available for any matters. TEXT us anytime.
West Beach is a very special enclave in downtown SB !
Only about 4 blks square and primarily the land occupied by the once grand Potter Hotel a century ago, it is quiet at night and so charmingly situated.
The Wharf and beach path are but 2 blocks away.
SB`s main State St. and The Funk Zone are also similarly close.
Our triplex is within 2 blocks of both the beachfront and downtown areas, including The Funk Zone!! Walking is easy.
The Amtrak station is very nearby if arriving by train. A 50-cent electric shuttle suns along the beach boulevard and up State St.
400 LaserDisc collection of Great/Classic movies and LD-player.
Secure, private exterior closed porch for storage of surfboards or bikes.
Creekside shared Laundry Room; door is locked and guests have key.
Chapala Rooftop Gardens Patio is available for your day use. NOTE: Guests are expected to leave the patio as found, including placing chairs around tables, washing any used dishes, cleaning the BBQ grill and removing trash.

We are residents of Santa Barbara, having moved from the Sacramento area and Canada to here in 2008. We formerly occupied the front main unit of this beautiful tri-plex by the beach and oversee the property ourselves.
Our rooftop is a beautiful, demonstration aeroponic, soil-less vertical farm which is available to our guests for lounging, dining and just enjoying!
Health-conscious and fitness-oriented, our family enjoys beach volleyball, bicycling and running right here in West Beach with its nearby amenities. We also are pioneering a soil-less, vertical aeroponic Tower Garden farm on our rooftop.
We love sharing our love of this ideal neighborhood with our guests.

The historic building and charming unit are unique in Santa Barbara . The privacy offered by the backyard patio by Mission Creek is special. The access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer is amazing and our rooftop farm is supremely unique and special.
