The unit was great except for how hot it was in the bedroom. They did have a box fan in the room. It just wasn’t efficient enough. Loved the location and views.

The condo was clean at check in and the view is fabulous..just steps from the beach. The amenities were adequate and met our needs. We have stayed at the Edgewater a number of times and never disappointed. Good location for restaurants and shopping.

Loved the location!! Steps from the elevator and beach with amazing views. Could sit on the balcony and watch the sunset nightly. Host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to reach. Bed was comfortable but due to the room staying so hot, even with box fan provided, it was unbearable to sleep in. We slept on pull out bed in the living room the entire stay. The cookware is very limited so don't plan to cook in. Furniture could use some updates. Overall the location made it for us. We come to PCB at least once yearly. This unit was probably one of the more expensive with the least to offer comfort wise. It did however come with a good starter of everything you needed.

The property was beautiful, just as described. Our only issues were not with the unit itself but with smokers on the neighboring balcony and fireworks on the beach. Our host was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Furniture not very comfortable. Reclining chairs or couch would be cool. Kitchen could be stocked better. We went to Walmart and bought a skillet. We don't vacation like other people. We cook a lot of our own meals and we just want to go to the beach and relax in our room. Location is great. View is wonderful. Proximity to many good restaurants is nice. We do go out to eat sometimes. Beach service was awesome and unexpected ( I guess I didn't read close enough). Next time we come back I'll bring my recliner and a skillet.

Great place to stay

The room exceeded my expectations! The room is right near the elevator and easy access to the beach which was great because I have problems walking long distances. Highly recommend!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Really appreciated the close proximity to the beach, elevator, & parking… very conducive for someone with back & knee issues. Property manager was also very responsive & helpful when we needed to add an extra night at the very last minute. We loved it & will never stay anyplace else in PCB!!

Great retreat

Weather was rainy and cold (30's!) but the location and view were perfect. Great restaurants and plenty of fun activities nearby. I would recommend this condo to couples and small families.
