Casa Feliz is a bright clean, well appointed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in the heart of Old Towne, just blocks to the beach.
The bedroom features a pillow top king bed and lots of light from the buildings courtyard with great shades to sleep in on a day off.
The bathroom for the unit is 3 piece connected through the hall and bedroom for greater convenience.
The open living/dining area flows nicely out to a connected terrace with additional seating to watch the city below.

• All guests must read and sign the rental rules prior to being granted access to the property.
• Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at a time. All visitors must be registered at the front desk and leave an official photo ID.
Please note: Visitors are not permitted to use any of the common areas (e.g., pool, gym, rooftop, etc.).
• Visitor registration is not permitted after 10:00 p.m., and all visitors must leave the property by 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Visitors attempting to register after midnight will not be allowed access.
• Failure to comply with the community regulations may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN and up to $80,000 MXN per infraction for serious or repeated violations.
Depending on the nature of the offense, additional consequences may include immediate expulsion from the property or legal action.

Casa Feliz is in the perfect location! Two blocks from the beach with lots of options for food. There is a great little restaurant right across the street for a morning coffee. The unit is quiet and the balcony is very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Incredible stay

Everything from the communication, to the building staff, location, and unit were exceptional. Modern amenities in the heart of the Romantic Zone— all while feeling like you’re in a quiet area (even though the bustling nightlife is just a block away). Loved everything about our stay. Thank you for a marvelous experience!

Be ready for noise!

First of all, the place is great. Overall cleanliness is good. The rooftop amenities are wonderful. Our biggest issue is the discomfort in using the balcony. The noise from the traffic made it difficult to carry on a conversation. That was the only major issue for us
