Five bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps up to 12 1 mile bypass, 3 miles to downtown Hot Springs, 4 miles to race track, Many restaurants and entertainment areas close by. Located on Lake Hamilton with a swim dock on the lake, and a place to park your trailer and boat. Boat launching area 1 mile away and you can tie your boat up at the dock on the lake at the house. Lots of parking and circle driveways for parking trailers and boats. House completely remodeled from ceiling to floor. Game room with poker table, air hockey table, basketball shooting area, And big screen TV. Three decks that overlooks the lake with many picnic tables , grill and fishing areas. Great views of Lake Hamilton.

great place

The location is great. Easy access to all the attractions I wanted to see. The game room was a big hit with everyone. The food in Hot Springs is really good. Great outside areas and new decking outside the lower area where we enjoyed corn hole. Overall really good place for families.

Perfect for kids and multiple families

The house was the perfect setting for a New Year's get together with friends and family. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and the layout of the house afforded plenty of privacy and personal space for multiple families. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and watching the fireworks across the lake. Nick was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Perfect property

Loved this property. Great location to everything, wonderful views and neighbors were very nice. House had everything we needed. We had 3 families combined and the home had so much room for all us to spread out but also enjoy time together. Porches were so nice to eat out on. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!

Great place for our family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The lake house was beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck at night. The view was so peaceful. We hope to be able to rent it again. Nick was so nice when I called to ask a question.
