Great water views all across the back of home, kick back on any one of the four balconies or at the deck, on the water. Fish or swim right off the deck. Fire pit by the water is perfect for s’mores, roasting hotdogs, or just resting with a glass of wine. Large Game room w/Poker table; Air Hockey, Foosball and Basketball shooting game & Big screen tv to keep up with your favorite team or relax and watch a movie or play a board game.1 mile from bypass, Neighborhood Walmart 1/2 mile, 3 miles to Historic Downtown Hot Springs, 4 miles to Oaklawn Racing Casino. Many excellent restaurants and entertainment areas close by. Plenty of place to park your trailer and boat. Boat launching area 1 mile away and you can tie your boat up at the dock at house. Lots of parking and circle driveways for parking trailers and boats. For your stay we provide 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods, 4 garbage bags, 6 washer pods, 8 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, and body wash.

This was a team building weekend for myself and my other team members. There was so much space for all of us to really enjoy ourselves and bond together as a team. We really enjoyed just relaxing on the patio and of course the game room. Thank you to Nick who was such an amazing host.

Annual Fishing Trip with Friends

I love the house and it's location and on the inside was so clean and beautiful any and everything was there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Hot Springs, AR

Paradise Point

Oh goodness this place is wonderful! First, Mr. Nick , the owner, is wonderful to communicate with and super nice....We came for a girls weekend to just get away together before we all go back to teaching school in a week. It is quiet. A great place to float off the dock and the house itself is really nice. Everyone had their own room . Eating on the covered patio is a must !! You will love it!

Relaxing Getaway

This was a wonderful property in a beautiful location. It was very quiet and relaxing. We spent most of our time on the decks and fishing off the docks. The kids loved the game room. We enjoyed oyr stay and would love to visit again.

The house was clean. WiFi worked well but the layout of the downstairs master was a little awkward- you have to go through the bunk room for the restroom. However the game room and the lake access and patios are awesome! All of the beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again! Host was very responsive.

This home really is Paradise on the lake. It was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton from two large decks and a patio. The property is accurately depicted on the VRBO website. There is plenty of seating for both indoor and outdoor dining. Our grandchildren, ages 5 and 3, loved the game room and the bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked as are the bathrooms. Our family enjoyed swimming from the private swim dock and boating. The house is situated on a cove which was calm and quiet even over the busy Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed the nearby Funtrackers Family Fun Park as well as several restaurants within a ten minute drive. Our family will definitely want to stay here again!

Great home

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. Lots of seating and eating areas. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. The game room was the perfect spot for all the kids (and adults!) to play and gather.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This property was perfect for our family (7 adults, 3 children) during our vacation to Hot Springs. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own space or all be together when we wanted. The game room was a hit with the entire family! The outdoor spaces were amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Hot Springs

great place

The location is great. Easy access to all the attractions I wanted to see. The game room was a big hit with everyone. The food in Hot Springs is really good. Great outside areas and new decking outside the lower area where we enjoyed corn hole. Overall really good place for families.

Lake house getaway

We rented this property for a quick getaway for my family of three and my friend’s family of five. It was a perfect property for this number of adults and kids. It was well maintained, and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We did not have Internet for half the time and there was only a few rolls of toilet paper for 10 people doesn't work well and no paper towels after our two that were loved. They wanted us to run the dishwasher, but there was only three pods of dish dishwashing soap, so we were not able to wash our dishes by the dishwasher they wanted us to wash the towels, but there was also no laundry detergent after two pots that were left thereI'm a landlord register myself of my lake house and I always provide paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, soap for both machines and when Guest has problems, I answer them that same night and I take care of the problems, especially if there's no Internet that caused a problem for us thereMy suggestion to you as a landlord you should make sure you contact your guest when they are staying at your house, especially when you tell them to contact you and help them with any problems. They have the fact that you didn't answer my text or my phone calls when we needed the Internet and the paper goods and soap for the house was a problem It just added to the issues we have with my husband having to be in the hospital while we were there for his pain from new cancer findingsThe place was beautiful, but these things should be very important to take care of your guest should be treated as if they are your family. That's what I always do.

To the guest: I’m really sorry your husband had to spend your family vacation in the hospital, that would take the joy out of any trip. We will be praying for his recovery. My wife is a cancer survivor so I feel for what you and your husband are going through. In response to the review: We acknowledge that there was an issue with the internet on the lower level (not the main floor) but we were not made aware of this issue until the day the guests were checking out so I was not able to fix that for them. We do not offer an endless supply of dishwasher pods, tide pods, paper products but we do offer the following and what we provide is listed in the check-in instructions. We provide the following: 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 dishwashing pods, 4 garbage bags, 6 laundry pods, 8 rolls of toilet paper (2 per bathroom), soap dispensers at every sink and 14 towels. It is possible that the maintenance team that cleans and supplies the house did not supply these items but we have had a perfect record with them since they’ve partnered with us 4 years ago. We received a call from the guest for the first time after check in on Friday at 8:01pm requesting more towels and I replied at 8:03pm that I would send the maintenance crew over with more towels. The guest did not reply so I called them at 8:13pm and they did not answer so I followed up sending a message asking them to call me and left my number at 8:14pm. The next communication was when the guest called me on Saturday at 12:57pm and I did miss the call but I called back at 1:03pm and spoke with her. She wanted more paper products and I told her I would send the maintenance crew to get them for her but she stated that she had already gone to buy some. The next time the guest reached out to me was on Monday night at 7:56pm when she requested a late check out for the following day. I did not see the message until the following morning and I called her 2hours before the usual checkout time to permit a later checkout but she said they had already left. I’m truly sorry if you felt the communication was lacking. My review of it shows that I tried to correspond promptly and offered to provide whatever they requested the entire stay. According to the next door neighbors, there were 10 adults and 5 children and the reservation was made with the expectation of 10 guests. The additional children are fine but that would explain why they may have been going through supplies more quickly.

Summer Family Get Away

We enjoyed it all!! Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaced to spread out. Great location and lake was perfect for swimming. We are already talking about a return trip! Property owner was aware we would have toddlers with us and I believe they tried to add some safety features which were greatly appreciated!

Friends and family getaway

Family reunion

Wonderful house with wonderful lake access. We had a large group but the house had plenty of space, really liked having 2 kitchens. Deck by the lake was bigger than the pictures showed. The game room was such a hit for the teens. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Lots of parking. Will be coming back again.

Perfect for kids and multiple families

The house was the perfect setting for a New Year's get together with friends and family. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and the layout of the house afforded plenty of privacy and personal space for multiple families. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and watching the fireworks across the lake. Nick was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Paradise Memories

Paradise Point is self explanatory! We spent our best Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend creating lake memories that’ll last us a lifetime. Typically, every Thanksgiving Holiday for the past 9 years we take a trip. We’ve stayed in Vrbo properties in Florida, Texas, Missouri. But, by far according to the family consensus this property was most enjoyable. It’s definitely a home away from home with all kitchen amenities, ample space, cleanliness and most of all the host was outstanding. Nick was available to talk and expressed his support throughout our visit just by his tone in his voice. If Nick would have us, we certainly like to visit again.

Perfect Lake Getaway

We spent a long weekend here with family. Ages ranged from 11 to 70 and a good time was had by all! The house was clean and spacious. The living area was nice and open so that everyone could enjoy each other. The game room was a big hit for the kids and the adults. The dock was the big hit of the vacation though. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the water. The house is in a cove and so we weren’t bothered by a ton of waves from boaters. We rent a pontoon one by from Paradise Cove marina which was just a short drive down the road. Overall, I felt that we got a great value for what the house had to offer and we hope to visit again!
