My family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay in this space. I loved the mid-century vibes and the very comfortable furniture/beds. There was plenty of storage room, a wonderful covered porch overlooking the yard, and so many thoughtful details throughout. We cooked in the kitchen each day - everything was clean, easy to find, and labeled. The host communication was absolutely stellar - Eric answered all of our questions promptly, helped us sort out a wi-fi issue and checked in on us periodically. I’m only hesitant to give high praise because I want to make sure it’s available when we eventually go back. ;) We will definitely be back!

This is a nice little stay! Very nice space with lots of amenities and a nice porch in addition to the shared backyard space. The property managers were very helpful with a couple of minor things that came up and also left flowers for our graduating family member.

Beautiful home outside Ithaca

This property was great for our stay with extended family to visit our son at Ithaca College. Cute house, comfy beds, great porch to sit and have a drink on! If the weather was better we would have probably enjoyed a fire pit! Check in and communication was super easy! House was very clean. Great hosts!

We're two childhood friends who had the crazy idea of buying a lakehouse together. I'm Eric, I am who you will primarily be communicating with. My partner Justin is also available. Together, we make up PapiBNB.

This house is years in the making. We've always dreamed about having an escape away from the East Coast pace where we could just relax and unwind, even for a long weekend. After years of planning, we were finally able to do it.

We agonized about every detail of this home to make it feel like a home away from home for us. A place we would want to personally stay. No detail too small. If you saw what this home looked like before we bought it, you wouldn't believe it. Now a days, we just hope it's a stay you will never forget.

Newly renovated home designed with you in mind. We designed every corner of this home to fit the needs of our guests. And we're constantly improving.

Open spaces and a fun communal outside area make this a great place to stay. We are close to the lake and downtown Ithaca. Unit 1 is truly a special apartment.
