About this property

Home on 3 acres in the heart of wine country w/ gameroom. 5 min to Lake Erie.

Located in the Heart of wine country. Just outside of Historic Downtown North East, between I90 and I86. Sleeps 10! Close to Lake Erie, Peek N Peak, Wineries, North East Marina, Fisherman’s Beach, Findley Lake NY, and Lake Erie Speedway. This property has a beautiful view of nature from the back deck overlooking 3 acres. There is a small creek located at the back of the property. Cozy living room with fireplace, heated garage with a bar and games for rainy days. Concrete patio, pavilion, outside bar for entertaining and small gatherings. Plenty of parking! Newly remodeled in 2023. It’s an old house with a new look. This space was created with family time in mind. There is a little something for everyone. We do not book larger events through this page. If you will be having a gathering and the police are called, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. No smoking in house or garage.

Before check out please remove all sheets from beds and place in baskets in rooms. Take all trash to garbage cans outside and wash all dirty dishes.

Please be aware there is rough cut pine inside the home if you have small children. There is a potential for slivers.
