ONE MINUTE WALK to the BEACH (Private Access!!!). BRAND NEW boardwalk to the PRIVATE DAY DOCK, accessed steps from the house. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards!! Best of both worlds with the BEACH and SOUND so close. BRAND NEW HOME professionally styled and furnished! Two full-length decks featuring ocean and sound views and two rear covered decks with pristine views of the sound are filled with chairs, a hammock, tables, a couch and more to take full advantage of the SUN and VIEWS.

Our home features an enjoyable reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining and family rooms all on the top floor with views galore!!! The top floor features a full deck on the front facing south, perfect for catching some sun, as well as a covered porch off the back facing north, great for relaxing with a drink or reading a book. The open floor plan has an 8-person dining room table and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well appointed and has a Keurig, a French press and a regular drip coffee pot for your preference. Close by is a comfy couch with TV and access to the deck. This floor also features a master king bedroom with bathroom (that has a soaking tub with sounds views!), as well as a half bath accessible to all.

The main level as you enter the home has a multi-purpose room perfect for lounging with comfy couch (that doubles as a bed or even more comfy couch!), TV, patio access, and games. There are two full bathrooms on this floor, one of which can be closed on one end and only used as a master bath if desired. There are two queen bedrooms as well as a room with two bunk beds (4 single beds total in this room). Washer and dryer are also present on this floor.

What's included? Everything! Sheets and pillows, towels and beach towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's all there to make packing and your stay as easy as possible.

Beach and Dock Access!

This lovely house was in the perfect location with easy dock and beach access. It was very clean with a great layout for our group. We hope to go back sometime again!

Perfect for a family vacation

This was perfect for our family vacation. The house was roomy and had great views from all the decks !! It was a short walk to the beach which was great when the heat index reached 105 and a easily assessable outdoor shower to rinse off a day at the beach.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Peaceful & perfect cul du sac home!

Enjoyed a relaxing gap week in the new year with family - adults and kids! Enjoyed the views, the beautiful walk to the dock and easy skip over to the beach. The area was quiet and the kids could play in outside without stress or worry of a busy street. Owners were great to work with !

Lovely home

We stayed at this property with our 2 adult children. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip! Everyone enjoyed themselves so much and with the size of this home, we all enjoyed our own space as well. The home is beautifully decorated and was so welcoming! The owner was so nice and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again!

Where do I start? The home is beautiful on the sound side towards the end of a cul de sac. It is private with views overlooking marsh, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition, equipped with everything and very close to the public access beach! On my list to return to!!!

This home truly gave us the best of both worlds when in comes to the ocean/beach and the sound. It's a quiet cul-de-sac street without noise from traffic, with walks of one minute or less to both the beach and the sound. You can be in your kayak or on your paddle board in just a minute's walk from the home.
