70 Acre Lakefront Estate close to beaches, casinos, and a wide variety of local attractions with private pool, event space, multiple patios/decks with pizza oven and outdoor kitchen/bar, tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and bocce courts, gardens, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, game room, gym, vaulted cathedral great room with bar, dining & much more. 4 bedrooms in the main house plus 4 cots and air mattresses in the guest house with commercial kitchen. Parties, events and weddings are allowed but must be approved by owner and agreed to in writing prior to arrival. We charge an additional $3,500 fee for events.
