Sunset Skies is a two family home with both a first floor residence and second floor residence, each with a private entrance. Both residences were FULLY renovated in 2023. The listing and pictures here are for renting the ENTIRE home - BOTH the first and second floor residences. The first floor and the second floor residences are also each separately available on Airbnb.The only shared spaces between the two residences are the driveway, front yard, front porch and backyard.

The neighborhood and location are what what drew me to this property. It is a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with <10 homes on the street, but yet centrally located in Westbrook. Having the ability to walk to local favorites, including Water's Edge, is Ideal for families, a couples or friends getaway, those traveling on business, or anyone looking to vacation surrounded by all the amenities of home.
The added bonus was the shoreline view from the decks!

Sunset Skies is a two family home with both a first floor residence and second floor residence, each with a private entrance. Both residences were FULLY renovated in 2023. Having separate living spaces on each floor enable some privacy for those traveling in larger groups.
