The cabin was perfect for our family! Loved using the hot tub! Clean, beds were comfortable and the host was amazing. Very close to Gatlinburg but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Granddaughter loved the bunk beds:)

The property was as described. It was close to all areas that we visited. The only issues we had were the upstairs bedroom was too small and the airconditioning didn't keep the upstairs area cool. The house was very nice.

This cabin is cute, but smaller than it looks in pictures. There really isn't a view to sit outside and enjoy. The upstairs stays pretty warm, while the downstairs is cold. It is very close to everything which was convenient. The hot tub was great. We had 5 adults and a 1 year old for 4 days. It was a clean space to stay, just crowded. We tried to just stay out most of the days. We did see bears!

I’m sorry the space felt smaller than expected and that there wasn’t an outdoor view to relax in. I’ve asked our team to review the listing photos and description so they better reflect the actual space and outdoor outlook. I’ve also reported the upstairs/downstairs temperature issue to maintenance so they can check the HVAC and insulation and evaluate improvements. The price is very high to have found as many problems as we found as far as the cabin and the location is was great but the fact they change so much for a cleaners fee the cleaning was not up to par there was bugs in the cabin from window being left down which in return also took a long time to cool the cabin all the way , screw left near road to puncture a tire , lumber and trash left not even under the back deck out in the open it just look trashy , knobs loose ,black mold on shower curtain , toilet seats loose , flicking dinning light ,Cobb Webbs I feel like with paying that much it should have been no problems expect better quality

Cabin was exceptionally cozy and very clean. Within a 5min drive through the downtown G-burg strip. This VRBO was "TONS" better than a hotel. Better location, better cabin-esque, woodsy feel to it and a reasonable per night rate. Beds were super comfortable. Had a big screen TV for those nights you just wanted to chill and watch a movie and sip Ole Smokey Vanilla Bean Whiskey. Awesome. We would stay there again.

Gatlinburg Family Vacay

This property was amazing! The cabin was decorated perfectly, the layout was great, perfect for kids! We enjoyed the short drive to downtown and was also able to be at Dollywood in less than 20 minutes. Everything was exactly as pictured.

Very convenient to downtown

Location was great considering we stayed at the busiest time of year. I reached out to the owner about lack of towels. There were a total of six towels for six guests. We were constantly washing towels between showers & hot tub

We loved staying here clean & cozy & accurate to the listing. We enjoyed the kitchen to cook our meals & clean up: crockpot/coffee pot/toaster/microwave/full size oven/ and refrigerator/dishwasher were really great!The master bedroom with king size bed, dresser, bedside stands, extra large closet, ironing board, & iron, & beautiful spa tub, with decor was wonderful.The dining area with a table large enough to seat 6-8 people with extra chairs from the master bedroom was wonderful, as we had friends come over for a meal.The living room was terrific with the high ceiling, decor, and comfortable couch, and additional comfortable chairs, and large screen tv over the fireplace.The loft was perfect with bunk bed and fun areas for kids to play, while the second bedroom with a queen bed was great!We loved the porch with wooden rockers, small metal table, a few chairs, where we relaxed and had a couple meals. The hot tub was so wonderful perfectly hot and relaxing after a day of hiking, & the fun porch lights at night.We viewed bears, here, a few times during our week stay, which was exciting for us! It’s close to Gburg, but far enough to be relaxing!
Big Ben~ came strolling by the end of our porch one morning.
Amazing mountains to visit in the area.
Chimney Top Mtn area about 30min away on the way to Clingman’s Dome in NC.

Great stay in Gatlinburg!

Beautiful home and a great stay. Somewhat private location which we enjoyed yet very close to downtown Gatlinburg (just a few minutes depending on traffic). We will definitely stay there again on our next trip which we are already planning. Only extremely minor complaint is I wish they had a Keurig type coffee maker. Fortunately I knew this in advance so wasn’t surprised.

the cabin was nice but one of the reasons i rented it was the hot tub and it was so cold we couldn’t even get in it so so it ruined my whole stay to be honest

Family vaca

Overall the property was decent. I do have a couple complaints. The online description said "breathtaking views" and in my opinion looking at the adjacent hillside is not breathtaking. The dishwasher was unable to be used due to how it was installed the buttons are unable to be pushed to start it. There is no room outside the cabin to play with kids. The only bathtub in the cabin wouldnt plug to give kids baths. We did love the upstairs loft and the play tent with fake fire/marshmellows.

Great location - it was only a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and about 15 minutes over to the Pigeon Forge strip. We found it especially easy to drive abiut 5 minutes away to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center and hop on the free trolley, to avoid paying to park.In the cabin, it had everything we needed for a short stay. The master bed was comfy and the living room accomodations were good (we were barely in the cabin anyways with all the other activities in the area!). The living room tv was laughably high when sitting on the couch but nothing can be done about it since the fireplace is so grand. It was easy to login to our personal netflix/Disney accounts on the bedroom and living room tvs. Upstairs there is a 2nd bedroom and bathroom, and a loft that was a bit open to downstairs with bunk beds, a play tent, and a multi-video arcade system. It took a little to figure it out but then she loved it!There were only three of us so the bath towels were fine but I can see how others mentioned they are limited (I didn't explicitly look for extras since we didn't need them, but it seemed there were four bath towels, and some face cloths/hand towels as well). We really appreciated the newer towels for the hot tub or spa tub - seems those were newly added based on some other reviews I had read. We also really appreciated the labels on the light switches! A small detail but we appreciated it.We were very nervous of seeing bears right near our house but we never did!
