Comfy queen bed, full bath with shiny new tub, show and tile surround. Large kitchen island doubles as a desk, white whirlpool appliances with shiny tile countertops and backsplashes throughout. Crushed marble walkway to private entrance in back of main house. Shared parking areas. Private, fenced yard with outdoor dining table and umbrella. No smoking indoors.

Why they chose this property
Great location withing walking distance to Historic Downtown Melbourne. Enjoy nearby shopping, restaurants, marina, yoga studio. The beach just 2 miles away, directly across the causeway. Fee Ave Park is just at the end of the block. There is a wine and liquore store across from the park, a sub shop at the end of the block, and the Publix Grocery store is just 2 blocks north of the property. Fly Delta into Melbourne International Airport (MLB) then take a short UBER of LYFT to the house and skip the 45 minute drive from Orlando.
