This is a smoke and carpet-free home with a well equipped kitchen, laundry, outside space and all the comforts of home. Use of the premier country club pools is included with your stay, offering a real resort experience. If you need booking assistance or have special requests please contact your host.

Wonderful place to stay. We were comfortable and had what we needed to cook in the kitchen. The owner is great! I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was dated but it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a great location to the pool and walking distance to the Spanish Square (1.3 miles)

Thanks so much for being our guest and for being so respectful of the property. It's really appreciated and you would be welcome back any time. Since you mentioned the house was outdated, I did want to offer that the house had a $42,000 update just last year. Included in this was all new interior and exterior lighting, all new paint and decor scheme, new toilets, sinks, faucets, hardware (door knobs, hinges, doors stops), 4 ceiling fans, vented microwave, front storm door with grab bar, shower doors in primary, all new furniture throughout including a leather recliner, new mattresses, new roof, new HVAC and updated landscaping to name a few. We also focused on guest comfort to include toiletries, paper goods, coffee bar items, plus desk and emergency items. We will make additional upgrades when budget permits, and hope you will visit again in the future.

The house was great. We didn’t need or want for anything. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and everything was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great home with close pool side access

Great stay. Recommend renting a golf cart, but make sure you get a gas powered one. Unable to hook up an electric one. Host very responsive.

Beautifully decorated interior a great homebase for fun.

It was our first experience renting and we had a great time. Our host was very accommodating, giving us heads up to activities and passes to the private country club pool. Whenever we had question, she promptly and very nicely answered it. The whole house was clean and accommodating. We would definitely rent from them again.

Family vacation

The home was very clean. Good for 4 people. A stones throw from the pool. A 10 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs square. Very convenient to all shopping. Nice neighborhood. The only downside for us was that the bedrooms didn't have TVS in them, but that's just us. Overall very nice.
