The stainless steel kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances and cookware for handling home cooking with ease. The private, fully screened-in patio offers fabulous water views and comes furnished for outdoor lounging and alfresco dining. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The pool is open from May 20th until October 1. The pool hours for the summer season are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every day of the week. Please be sure to follow all the pool rules.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
