3 Blocks to the beach, condo with private rooftop, fantastic location. Big pool!

This penthouse property is beautifully maintained as a second home for a family from the US. The furnishings are high quality and the property is very spacious with 1200 sq ft of interior space; a large main floor balcony; plus an additional 800 sq ft of open-air rooftop privacy for grilling dining, and enjoying the jacuzzi.

This apartment is equipped with 5G internet and is a favorite with digital nomads. Our beautiful condo complex is equipped and welcoming for guests of all ages. It includes a toddler and children's toy-equipped playroom; a gym (which our family loves); ping pong and pool table; as well as spacious covered or sunny seating areas around our lovely tropical garden interior area. We are 1 1/2 blocks from the shopping and dining of northern Quinta Avenida, and a delightful 10-minute walk to the beach. Our building has 24-hour security and designated underground parking.

Our two-bedroom penthouse has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring luxurious linens and plush deep mattresses. The guest room features a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the queen bedroom has a plush full mattress that rolls out. Great for families with children. The fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining room may inspire you to stay in and enjoy our lovely dining areas (inside and two open-air tables) We have excellent nearby local groceries and a new huge high-end gourmet specialties and imported food supermarket around the corner of our block. There is a wonderful selection of superb restaurants on Quinta Avenida. Italian, Argentinian, Thai, or traditional Mayan? we have them in Playa and most happily deliver. Make sure you sample some of the super traditional taquerias on Ave.30th. Economical and mouthwatering!

Dine or enjoy morning coffee on your lovely main floor-covered balcony as you soak in the morning sun and take in the beauty of a tropical paradise. PLUS our penthouse boasts a spacious private rooftop that offers you and your party a fantastic space for al fresco dining or cocktails; grill and dine under the stars, sunbathe in private, or soak in your private rooftop Jacuzzi. We love it for early morning yoga.

Fabulous suite and building

We loved this suite which was nicely furnished and very spacious. We loved the condo building with its great pool area and facilities. The location was walkable to the beaches, stores, restaurants and bars. The people in the other suites were all very friendly. The owner was very helpful when we needed anything. We would love to return and recommend this one to everyone.

Awesome Vacation

Great place in paradise. Very satisfied with our ten day stay in Kihei Beach #603. This place made us feel at home, very nicely appointed condo unit, great kitchen and bath, beautiful decor. Location, location!, this place is near almost everything, including farmer's market just across the street!. Very tranquil settings, after great sunsets everyday, we sat right in front, and listened to the calming sound of the breeze, just below, will make your soul surrender to the beauty of it all.

Location and amenities superb!

We returned home recently from a 3 month stay at this beautiful condo! We really enjoyed the large balcony and spacious rooftop amenities. The location is second to none in downtown playa. Close to beach but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet! Thanks for a great stay Rob and Eleanor (Canada)

pros and cons

The property is nice and as pictured the host was very helpful. The fourth floor penthouse was great, but with no working elevator and no mentioning of that in the description, it was very difficult for my Husband who has knee pain. The pool is nice and the double paned windows allow you to have quiet whenever you like. We were really enjoying it. Then the power went out for 2 days. We had no water, power, period. We were told it would be set right in a couple of hours, which became 2 days at least. We would have appreciated some assistance getting an interim place as without power it became uninhabitable. It was very unsettling alter the second afternoon without power we requested to terminate our 30 day stay as it was untenable. We got a partial refund from the host who is a lovely woman. I realize it was a loss for her also. We have as yet been unable to reach VRBO- their online "help" keeps giving me the message to try again later. I am hoping now that we are back in the stated we can contact them for an appropriate refund. Pros- the place is as nice as pictured the check in was easy and the concierge very friendly. There are lots of nice places to eat and shop nearby. Cons- no working elevator may be an issue for you.

Nice condo and location, but not worth it.

The condo is nice and the location is very good, just a few minutes walking to the Fifth Ave. Unfortunately, you can not use your own Rooftop or balcony after 10:00p.m. If you just want to seat there and have a regular conversation (no music, no high volume, only 2 people!) with another person, it's just not possible. The security guard will threaten you about applying fines or shutting off the power if you don`t go inside and stay quiet. It's ridiculous, not exaggerating. I own and rent properties too and I understand how this things work, but this was just completely unreasonable. So, its not worth it and sadly I feel ripped off (I paid more than 3,000usd).

Nice place, great property manager

The apartment is as advertised. Nice building. Close to everything. Parking garage is a bonus. Great views from rooftop, very fast internet. The best thing was Jessy, the property manager. Very accommodating and great tips for local eateries and places of interest. We had a great family vacation. The onky negative is the lighting. One spotlight was out, but even with that, the place can use a little more light at night. Jessy took pictures and I am certain they will add more light fixtures.

Safe Location and Walking distance to the main strip

The condominium was nice, spacious and clean along with a friendly staff at the building. Great place to cook, grill and chill after a long day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this flat for somebody that is looking to get a way from the busy and noisy main strip “5th Ave”. The were a couple of things that were not working on our arrival and we’re brought up to the management team (range and the sink in the 2nd bedroom)

Well-maintained complex and well equipped condo!

We enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this condo, since this penthouse condo is well equipped and the Sabbia - Complex is well maintained. This condo is only some minutes away from the Mamitas Beach or the vivid 5th Ave. Some good Mexican restaurants are around the corner and the supermarkets Walmart and Mega Market are not far away. Advantageous is to have a underground parking for your car.

Great Summer, perfect location and the best service

I was staying a month with my family in this apartment. It was very comfortable. Lucy greeted us with a smile, gave us good advice for our stay. I had a problem with the internet and immediately resolved it. It's a nice condo for families, safe, quiet and well maintained. The neighborhood is safe and is close to restaurants and the beach!!! The pool at the building is very nice and the atmosphere in the building and the areas around feels great. I would definetelly recomend this Penthouse

Good stay once things settled down, would suggest some new unstained sheets, or the manager should have authorization to replace damaged and stained sheets. The bed experience was rather disgusting! Kitchen could use some updated and better dishes, frying pans, all old and damaged. A kettle might be nice. Condo was very nice, clean and more than adequate, good furniture and comfortable, tastefully decorated. However, in order to use the hot tub on the roof, I had to clean the mortar out from recent repairs. But its clean now. There was no dryer or anything to hang clothes on to dry, so that was a little difficult. I was told we had weekly cleaning, but in 5 weeks the cleaners came in once the walk to the beach is more like 5 blocks, not 3, but not bad. The pool area and amenities are very very nice, wonderful helpful, friendly staff and everything is well maintained and very clean. Rather noisy at times in the night. All in all a good experience, just needs attention to a few details, mostly the sheets. .

A great place to to relax

We had a great time at the Sabbia. The condo was clean, well equipped and spacious. Playa is our favorite destination and this condo is well located, mid way between the beach and the grocery store.The gas barbecue was a welcome bonus. Walking time to the beach was less than 15 minutes. Six minutes to the French Bakery. There were a couple of small issues with the plumbing, due to Playa's hard water. These were very quickly repaired (within hours) by friendly competent personnel, thanks Rudi. The staff at Sabbia were very friendly and helpful, especially Pedro manning the front door. The owners were very pleasant to deal with helpful with our various questions.

Excellent stay : A perfect holiday indeed!

I must say it was a perfect holiday. Our family stay was simply fabulous. I have really no complaints. The small condo complex is simply superb. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect to visit Mexico at affordable price. The sunset evenings were really beautiful and breath-taking. I enjoyed each and every moment in the peaceful and serene settings. Beautiful Penthouse and a Fantastic Vacation

My husband and I and another couple recently stayed at this beautiful penthouse condo. We were in awe when we walked in the door. The decorating is so tastefully done and it is totally luxurious. There was not one thing lacking. We started our days with some Mexican coffee and Kahlua on the balcony that has a fantastic view. The kitchen was unbelievable and we prepared a few meals there. But we also tried several of the nearby restaurants and were totally impressed with the cuisine. We went to the beach almost every day since it was so close. The beaches are absolutely stunning! Most of our days ended back on the balcony with some after dinner drinks in the Jacuzzi and some star gazing. We are already planning our next trip to stay here and after our other friends saw our pictures and heard about our stay in this penthouse they are going to take a vacation there too. Absolutely five stars!

Great Stay!

Perfect for our family gathering! What a nice property. We enjoyed the view, location, the large grassy area to play games and a fabulous unit. The smaller condo complex made it very comfortable to let the kids play, relax, and visit with other folks, especially at the nightly sunset gatherings. The units were well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, Bbqing, etc. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Conda!

Staying here was amazing, especially for the price. Me and my family stayed here while visiting Mexico, it has a nice view, good furnishing, and it's nicely located. The description listed is accurate (and then some). The listing photos definitely don't show the full potential of the house. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a nice place to stay.

Tropical paradise

This apartment is simply stunning, and its location couldn't have been more perfect! The penthouse is incredible and we really loved having dinner up there (Especially at sunset- It's beautiful!) I was worried at first that the beds might not be comfortable, but I had some of the best sleep of my life there! We found the area to be just wonderful, everyone was so friendly and we felt really safe here. I Can't wait to return in the future!

Beautiful Caribbean beach condo

The condo is completely furnished and tastefully decorated. It bosts two bedrooms and four bathrooms. The rooftop terrace is excellent! and has a jacuzzi! I prefered to sleep up there over inside during my stay. Waking up to the warm sun peeking over the ocean is spectacular! 4 blocks to the beach keep you far enough away from the craziness of the club scene yet close enough to participate in it or go to the beach in minutes. The management was accesible and helpful.
