Loved many things about this place! Has great tables upstairs and downstairs to accommodate little kids who are napping on one level and the rest can hang out on the other! Bathrooms on both levels and a fantastic patio/backyard space. Only issue was a cracked coffee pot and some outdoor cleanliness with the older windows. We loved this house for our family get together!

This beautiful home was a perfect home-base while my husband and adult sons were in town for my daughter's wedding. We used the huge, sturdy table for meals and flower assembly. The backyard was terrific for my two dogs. The AC was vital during the very steamy weekend.

We loved this property and will absolutely stay here again. When we first showed up, the swingset was missing. Before I could say anything, the owner messaged me informing that a storm came through and flattened it. When they realized we had some bummed kids, they spent an entire day putting together the new one. Our kids spent just about every waking moment on it after that! The house was so cute. My 6’4” husband had to duck walking through the basement doorways, but it made him nostalgic living in older homes back in college haha! We can’t wait to come back!

Another great weekend on Duluth Ave! This is our second time reserving this home. We celebrated a college graduation with family and friends and this house was the perfect place for all the ages we had from 2-52! I highly recommend this one for any bigger group gathering. It's centrally located and close to everything! Thanks to James for the clean, spacious home you have!
