This is a super property located close to everything you will need! There are lots of on site amenities and many things to do rain or shine. We are located 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg, close to the theme parks and less than a 1 hour drive to Virginia Beach. You will love it here!

Nice and relaxing

The property was very spacious and clean. My stay was very quiet and relaxing. My 14 year old kids enjoyed having their own little apartment area to stay in. Their rooms was connected with ours.

Awesome experience.

This property is a 5-star Resort within itself. We only had a 3-night stay; in an upgrade 4-bedroom and it just wasn't long enough. The weather was beautiful and my son from Raleigh, NC & family joined us as well as my granddaughter from Maryland. Everything and everyone were beautiful. God Bless !!!

We shared a Split Unit and it was perfect for our family of 8

The units were clean and nicely furnished. It allowed each family to have the privacy for sleeping, and each of 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom with tub or shower. The amenities for adults and children was beyond my expectations. We would definitely return again.

Great Location!

I went here over the summer, I wanted to take my kids to Busch Gardens, this resort is beautiful. My kids and I enjoyed the outdoor pool and loved being so close to Busch Gardens. I will stay at this resort again for my travels to williamsburg.
