About this property

Come enjoy the water and the outdoor ambience with amenities including paddle boards, kayak and a canoe. A super sweet game room and treadmill. Plenty of room for relaxing on the patio looking at Rocky Pond. Large family space, open kitchen. Two miles from the Loudon racetrack, 30 minutes from Gunstock, Fun Spot and other local attractions. Also, for the outdoor cooking enthusiast we provide a traditional grill and a barrel smoker.
We provide towels for bathing, bring our own outdoor towels. Fully stocked kitchen; coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, pots and pans etc. Reverse osmosis water filtration system. This is a relaxing time in an owner occupied neighborhood. Having a good time welcome, loud partying, frowned upon.

Spectacular Waterfront

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The sandy beach was perfect for the kids to play and easy to launch the canoe and paddle boards. We caught and released so many sunfish, a bunch of smaller large mouth bass and even a few giant ones! The kitchen was well stocked and the living areas were open and comfortable. Lots of shade which was a bonus for our family. We are thinking of staying again next summer!
