Guest MUST be 25 and over to check in at this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach.

This beautiful beachfront condo at Tidewater Beach Resort has one of the largest 2 bedroom/2 bath floorplans on Panama City Beach! The master bedroom of unit 2405 features a king bed with stunning views of the gulf and a huge bathroom with soaking tub. The second bedroom features two queen beds with access to the second bathroom. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the large patio. The resort has some of PCB's best amenities, including heated & indoor pools, hot tubs, theater, restaurant, Starbucks & tiki bar!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest will be provided website details to register and pay for parking and resort bands after booking. 2024 rate is $60 for the rental stay. GUEST MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This is a very nice and spacious unit - it was clean and communication with the property management was excellent. However, it is on the 24th floor and the elevators at Tidewater are less than subpar.

Extremely Nice Unit. Beware the Parking Fee is not included with the room and is expensive.

This is a large 2 bedroom unit and very well furnished. The only draw back is the 24th floor and the elevators. Our trip was ok but in a really busy season you will spend a lot of time waiting on the elevator.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was clean, decorated well, right on the beach, and in close proximity to restaurants/entertainment/shopping. Cort was good to work with and gave easy to follow instructions. My only complaint is not a reflection of the condo or property managers, but of the resort itself. You will spend the majority of your vacation waiting on an elevator or climbing 24 stories in the stairwell. The next time we reserve a vacation spot it will be directly through Cort and in a location other than this.
