PRIVATE WASHER AND DRYER. One of a few units that offer a private washer and dryer!!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, # 501, is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 5th floor END unit beachfront condo sleeping up to 7. It is located directly on the beach on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida.

It offers fantastic views of the sugar white sand, the emerald green Gulf water, and some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets you will ever see.

A complete kitchen renovation includes beautiful quartz countertops, tile back-splash and new stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and a completely remodeled private master bathroom with walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed as well as a Twin Bed and a flat screen TV. The second also remodeled full bath, features a tub/shower combo and is accessible from the main hallway with a private entry from the second bedroom.

The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa with a premium memory foam mattress and 2 accent chairs. The living room also features a Smart flat screen TV and access to the balcony with its amazing unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a dual coffee maker with a coffee pot and Keurig K cup option. It has a breakfast bar for 4 and dining area with seating for 6, completing this perfect spot in paradise. The unit has in-Room High Speed Wireless Internet and there is also Wireless Internet in the lobby and pool areas.

This gated facility has direct access to the beautiful beach, a seasonally heated pool, two tennis and pickle ball courts with FREE racquets available for guests, shuffleboard court, sauna, fitness center, 2-coin operated laundry facilities, 2 BBQ grill areas, a business center and complimentary beach service that includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay (Mar 1 - Oct 31). Four additional backpack beach chairs are available in the unit.

In addition, you can take advantage of the Free on-site Unlimited DVD Now Rentals and linen exchange plus parking is always free! (1 vehicle)

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is just minutes away from the "Harbor Walk" boardwalk, with its dining options and many attractions that include multiple opportunities both on and off the water. Fireworks can be seen from our beach every Thursday night, in season and it's just a short drive to upscale shopping, premium outlet stores and a myriad of restaurants and bars.

Best spot on the whole beach!

This location was absolutely amazing! Our room was perfect. It really had the “beach” touch. The staff did a great job of cleaning it and provided all utensils, plates, etc., that you would need for your stay! I truly feel like this was the best room because of the location. It is on the corner and you do get the absolute best view of the sunrise! My son who is not a big fan of the beach at all, would sit on the balcony and do his work because he loved to listen to the ocean sounds, the breeze; it was his way of escaping without actually touching sand! It was also our favorite place to sit as a family just to talk look at dolphins and the birds! We saw dolphins daily, you can see so much from the 5th floor that you can’t see on the beach. I really can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was! We were fortunate to be there during beach service so there were chairs and umbrellas, and they put those things out early so you can enjoy the beach pretty much all day! The beaches were not crowded, one thing I can say about Destin beaches is they truly are perfect! The colors of blue, the sand, the sand dollars! If you’re thinking of a vacation in Destin I highly recommend you stay here! We really enjoyed it and agreed next time we will only book this room at this location. It is truly the perfect spot on the entire beach! This was the best beach location we have ever had! You can’t go wrong with anything this renter offers! Can’t wait to book again!

First Siblings Vacation ever and did not disappoint!

We really enjoyed our stay on the beach! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Very quiet part of Destin. Loved having the private beach and umbrella service. We’d stay here again!

Yearly sister trip

holiday is the greatest place! The staff is very ready to handle any need. The access to the beach Was perfect for me because I have had a back injury so walking in the sand is very hard and they have a short walk. View is amazing would definitely stay here again.

This condo is in a great location. The beach chairs were included which was a nice touch. Because the unit is at the end, the view was great and no one ever goes past your door. Great privacy. This was our first time to Destin and we will probably be back (in the condo)

Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo provided such a great vacation for us. It was such a relief walking in the first time and seeing how nice and updated everything is. Everything was exactly as it was described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, and more. The furniture was all comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The patio furniture was great, we spent so much time relaxing out there. It is very spacious and provides such a great space to spend your time at the beach. The only downfall is there is no elevator close to this unit, which is on the condo itself, not this unit. It does require some walking to get to the elevator if you don't want to take the stairs, but the view you get and the luxury of this condo makes it worth it 100%. It was also such a HUGE help that the owner of this unit provides you with extra beach chairs and umbrellas to use for the beach. We would have had to go out and buy more chairs and umbrellas to only get used for our 1 week of vacation, but since the owner provided them it saved us money and an unneeded expense. They were also very nice and easy to use!The condo staff were all very nice and helpful, and the grounds were very well kept. It is also in the perfect location, not right on the busy strip, but also close enough to where it takes 2 minutes to get back to the highway. I'm so glad we chose this rental unit, and will definitely be staying here again if/when we come back to Destin!
