We require all guests to sign a liability waiver before being able to access the sauna and the water equipment. Printed copies are available at the property, instructions will be provided during check-in.

A baby safety gate is available to setup between the main floor and the mezzanine level (located in the jacket closet). We also offer a high chair and extra infant travel bed. We want to ensure the safety of your little ones.

We had a great time and the house was lovely. It had everything we needed for a good time, and was well-equipped for sure. Our stay was right after a huge snow storm so some of the outdoor amenities were unavailable, but that is just how it goes. Would love to stay again in the warmer months!

Girls Weekend - Perfection!

We booked the property for a girls trip in March. The house is beautiful, quiet and well-equipped. Perfect space for lounging, entertaining and hanging out. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our group of six. Clemence was responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at this chalet!! Everything from the moment we arrived went smoothly - even prior to our arrival honestly. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and welcoming. Our stay was during the extreme heat of the summer and upon our arrival, the upstairs of the chalet was quite warm due to the ac not being turned on. Once we turned the ac unit on, it quickly cooled down the chalet and remained extremely comfortable for the entirety of our stay. The chalet is tucked back off the main road, so it lends to be remote even though it is easy access. The pond across the street was superb for kayaking. There is a crosswalk at the end of the drive to the beach access of the pond and that was extremely helpful. We are already looking forward to visiting again!! :)

Beautiful and well Maintained house

We had a great time at the house. Pros: Very peaceful, spacious, clean place, ideal for family and friends gathering. High quality kitchen utencils etc. nice game room and very well maintained property, hosts were very responsive and quick in responding. Cons: property is across the road from pond, not on the pond.

Amazing stay-lovely responsiveness and attention to detail

We had a group of six women who stayed together. It was a delight to see how much care and attention had put into making sure everything was clear and easy, clear instructions and QR codes for anything you wanted to know how to use. We also accidentally locked ourselves out and although we ended up resolving it, Clemence was immediately responsive and caring. We had just enough supplies to get us started and just the right kind of appliances or access for our needs. We really enjoyed being together with the fireplace going and having great conversations while the snow fell outside. We did a few outings to restaurants or for shopping but otherwise it was a very sweet space to be and to get some work done. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for Girls Weekend Getaway

The house was perfectly located for all the activities we were looking for. Within an hour we were able to drive to neighboring small towns for shopping, and sightseeing, however, this house was fantastic and perfect to enjoy all on its own. It is situated off the main road so it feels like you are off by yourself. The lake across the street was able to be viewed through the foliage as the leaves have started to fall from the trees. Halfway up the driveway we were able to access the kayaks from a small shed. Cross the street and the access to the lake is not more than 20-40 feet which gives you a nice spot to launch them into the water. Very easy access! The lake is small and beautiful....most in my party had never kayaked and had no interest in it, but glad they did. The setting was beautiful! We used the sauna, and the instructions were very easily laid out on how to operate, and it was very clean. There were waivers to be signed for both the kayaks and the sauna but that was also made easy by having the forms readily available to be emailed electronically - or we just took pictures and sent them to the host. Between e-mail, VRBO messaging, and a provided phone number, I had no issues contacting Clemence if I had an issue or questions. The house was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. There is not one thing I wish it had! We had a fantastic stay!

This is a great property for a getaway to connect with family and friends, spacious, plenty of sleeping areas and great views and light through out the home. The hosts pay an enormous amount of attention to detail and were also very responsive to our requests during our three day stay. Wonderful for a fall weekend but I bet it would be great in every season.

We have spent the last 15 years in the USA starting in the sunshine state of Florida where we met. We then moved to New England, first in Connecticut and later in Massachusetts where we now raise our two beautiful children.

We absolutely love vacationing to the Berkshires. It's a great destination for a change of pace and surroundings. While being a short and easy drive from major cities (Boston, NYC, Albany), the Berkshires are a small paradise for local culture: food, festivals, music, outdoor adrenaline. From our various trips to the Berkshires, we have developed suggested itineraries of various duration. Those itineraries are filled with local suggestions and recommendations based on our own experience. They are made available to our guests to ensure you fully experience the beauty o the Berkshires.

Our property is our dream home! As you come up the driveway, the house sits majestic surrounded by a beautiful Berkshire forest which offers complete privacy. Yet, the lake access is immediately down the driveway. You can decide the stay the day to relax and enjoy all the amenities we offer: kayaks, outdoor games, boardgames, firepit, grill, pizza oven, etc. Or you can decide to venture out nearby attractions. Our house is less than 20 min away from beautiful towns and local attractions. The inside of the house is designed with the comfort of our guests (and ours) in mind. We carefully selected high quality furniture and appliances to provide our guests with a home away from home
