Fully furnished Kitchen with all that you will need to whip up a quick breakfast in the morning, or grill the fish you caught that day! Each bedroom has a smart TV with cable. There is ping pong, horse shoes, and cornhole bags for you to enjoy! Only 1.3 Miles from Lake Cumberland Marina, 27 miles from Somerset, and 12 miles to Russell Springs.

Great weekend getaway!!

Property was awesome! New Clean and spacious. Large garage area turned into our adult pay area when the rain came. Ryan was a great host; helped us with all our questions! Conveniently close to Lake Cumberland marina; staff there was great to us. If this property is available next Fathers Day weekend , we are interested!! Thanks

What makes this property unique

This house is a new build, and has all of the amenities one would expect and more! The pull through 16' doors for the garage make pulling a trailer or RV a breeze! We have added a custom fire pit so making smores or telling fish tales will fill your evenings with great memories.
