Paradise is the perfect house for your larger groups. It is a two story house with two kitchens and two living areas. It sleeps 32 people with eight bedrooms and 5 baths. It sits on the Frio River with a walkway down to the river and an area next to the river to set up your coolers and chairs. It comes with a small playground for kids, volleyball and horseshoes. The porches are large and the perfect place to sit and relax after a long day on the river. There is also a fire pit for your enjoyment.

The back porch with all the picnic tables and porch space made it great for tubes and eating outside. Big kitchen upstairs was so easy to feed the big group. The private river just steps away is why you're there and this is a 10 out of 10! Nichole was so accommodating and pleasant, made a great experience and will booking again for sure!

The house was clean , host got back to me quickly . One of the refrigerators downstairs weren’t cooking properly but they had a freezer and another refrigerator upstairs . It was right on the river . The volleyball net was torn but we were able to fix . It was a really nice location . Some of the fans did not work outside but luckily the weather was perfect so we didn’t need them until the last night

I’m so sorry about the fans. There are remotes for them. They definitely work. Very thankful for the good weather though. Thank you for being understanding about the frig. We got it repaired!

Family get away

The cleanliness and size of the house was exactly what we were looking for and not to mention the view of the back patio is spectacular. I highly recommend this house for big family size, plenty of rooms, beds and eating tables.

Very spacious house with lots of room inside and outside. Close enough to the river to easily haul your stuff on foot to the river but far enough away you don't have to worry about any little kids falling in. Everyone had a fabulous time and We would recommend this location and house!

Plenty of beds

When this ad says they sleep 30+, they are not kidding! Massive ranch house right on the river across from a Texas mountain. It provided just what we needed for a guys weekend of golf and river. Bring your own towels and sheets like the ad says.

I have had my eye on this house for a while but was a bit skeptical about having 32 people under one roof. This house is exactly as it’s named, “Paradise”. The layout of the house is so spacious, especially the upstairs. Pictures do it no justice. We never felt overcrowded or even in need of waiting for a restroom. The wrap around deck was so peaceful for our mornings and the property was perfect for all the kids to run around and enjoy. The riverfront was beautiful and the kids were even able to jump in on the warmest day.

Beautiful property great for stargazing and river fun

Overall, we really enjoyed this property. We were here during the total eclipse and had a great view of the stars and skies (well, except during the eclipse). The property was well maintained, however many of the appliances were outdated and didn't work very well. The only issues I had were the fact that they had a gas grill, but did not provide a propane tank, and the grill grates were pretty rusty. Additionally the outdoor firepit did not have any chairs to use. There is an on-site storage shed that could be used to store similar items for guests. The river is great fun for swimming and tubing. The local area has some great hangouts (Hippie Chicks) and the local convenience store has a good supply of items for your stay. The property is in an area with other houses nearby, but they are all well spaced and separated. We really enjoyed the stay and the property manager was very responsive to our calls and questions. I'd recommend staying here.

This place is absolutely massive! We had plenty of room for the whole group, and the layout gave everyone their own space while still keeping us connected.The location couldn't be better, being right on the river makes all the difference. We spent most of our time hanging out on the outdoor deck and by the water. It’s the ultimate setup for grilling, relaxing, and just enjoying the Concan scenery. If you're looking for a great spot to gather with a big crowd right on the Frio, this is definitely it. Can't wait to come back!
