Beautifully renovated property completed in 2026. Everything is brand new!

This is the perfect property for snowbirds to come and have space to host visitors - you settle into the main house and have your visitors stay in the guest house! Our happiest guests have been multigenerational families - grandparents in the main house for a few months and their adult children and grandchildren come for a week or so and stay in the guest house. Everyone has their own space but there's plenty of room to gather together.

Clearwater Beach Cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will be an easy three minute walk to the award winning sugar sand of North Beach - a private section of Clearwater Beach away from all the crowds.

The property is set up to host family and friends. The main house has a gourmet kitchen, multiple sitting rooms, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with walk in shower. Across the courtyard is the guest house with an additional two bedrooms, it’s own living room and a precious full kitchen. The property is fenced in with a grill, outdoor dining area, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and an outdoor shower.

The house has everything you need for a day at the beach: beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and towels. We even have two bikes available.

In the evenings, walk back to the beach to watch the sun set over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! For dinner, cook at home and eat under the stars while enjoying the quiet solitude of this quaint neighborhood - or take advantage of all the dining and entertaining options of Clearwater Beach! You will only be a mile from Clearwater's famous Pier 60 so if you don't want to drive, take one of the bikes to dinner!

This property was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect layout for our family with the main house and the separate guest house. It also provided everything you would need for the beach, from the chairs, to the towels, cooler, etc! And the walk to the PRIVATE beach is super close! We can't wait to book again!

Perfect Place!

I must say that our stay at your cottage was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with my wife and another couple. Tough to beat a location that's just steps to the beach but with such a quiet, shaded property for hanging near the house. We already booked for April/May next year!

Wonderful stay

Wow! Will definitely be coming back to this cute cottage STEPS from the beautiful beach! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The included bikes were icing on the cake for a quick jaunt into town for dinner and ice cream! The host was very responsive and our trip went off without a hitch.

Dream Place!

This cottage was exactly as described but even better than the pictures can show! The host is wonderful, communication was wonderful, the cottage and guesthouse were greater than I even thought! All you need for the beach and time at the cottage is there…everything! The walk to the beach is enjoyable! Just a perfect place with a quiet atmosphere - peaceful!

Great stay

Great place to stay with family on the less busy part of clearwater beach. Just a short walk to the beach that is away from the busiest part of the beach where the hotels and condos are. House was great and perfect for the family. Owners were great with communication and even gave a few tips of what to do and see in the area. Also close by is a great pizza place called albas pizza and cafe that is within walking distance. Would definitely go back and stay at this location again

Perfect multi family beach vacation

Recently stayed here with my family of four with my brother and his family of four. We each had our own “cottage” which was perfect for evenings. The location is great for walking to the beach and the house was extremely clean. The owners have done such a great job accommodating guests. They have everything you would need for the beach including a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, and now a canopy! I highly recommend and plan on returning with my family again.

Perfect Quiet Beach Getaway

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was so charming and comfortable for all of us. Lots of places to unwind, great beds, beach chairs, etc. We brought our dog along and loved that the outdoor patio area was fully fenced in and we were just a minute walk to North Beach which is dog friendly. Owner was very responsive. Overall a very relaxing vacation and we can’t wait to come back.

The two building layout was perfect for us to give my 20 somethings there own privacy while allowing the main house to be a gathering for all. Perfectly set back from thr beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Loved being north of all the main tourism but able to bike to it when we wanted. Linda was very good with communication.

Great Beach Cottage Stay

This beach cottage is exactly as advertised. Super close to a beautiful beach (several days, we had the beach all to ourselves, which was amazing), great for a mulit-generational family (we had 3 generations on our trip) and the cottage and guest house were both beautiful and well appointed. We brought beach stuff with us (we're from Central Florida) but there was no need. There truly was everything you need there. Highly recommend. We hope to return next year!

Just what I needed

We had an amazing stay at this property. Perfectly situated for a close walk to beach access and also to shops and restaurants. Property was relaxing with an enjoyable outside space. The house had everything that we needed and the 2 bikes allowed us to truly explore the area. Outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off when returning to the house sandy. Home was cool and had everything we needed including lots of beach towels. Property is beautifully decorated and equipped - right out of a magazine.

Perfect in every way.

Spring break with the family of young adults/teens…Plus the grandparents could have been a stressful week! But we had plenty of quiet spaces to chill and were just steps from the beach. Linda has thought of just about everything you need to create a clean, calming home away from home. Even my hard to please mother was impressed! Thanks for a great trip.

Wonderful generational home (s)

North Beach has no public parking so you are 2 blocks to a very private beach on the ocean, and 2 blocks looking out at Island Way. You can also easily walk to downtown Clearwater Beach. The location is amazing! There are two houses on the property: Main house is one level and has 2 bedrooms and one bath with amazing kitchen. 2nd house is on 2nd floor of garage with 2 bedrooms and one bath and kitchen but need to be able to climb stairs at this sweet second home on property. Owners Linda and Andy are extremely responsive! Close to Aquarium, Dunedin, Tarpin Springs, Tampa Horse Racing, Ft Desota. Clearwater Beach is a fun walkable place with great beaches and restaurants! My family enjoyed these 2 homes in this wonderful special place called North Beach!!!!

Perfect Family Retreat!

This beach house has everything you need to just show up and immediately start unwinding. Don't worry about packing all your beach gear- the hosts have everything you need. The home is impeccably furnished and the kitchen has everything a Michelin chef would want and need. Vacationing with family can be stressful if people have different interests but that isnt a worry here. There are so many different sitting areas, multiple areas for dining, 2 areas for TV and lounging, the fire pit, bikes, sports equipment, and plenty of games. The guest house even has everything you need to cook seperate meals if that is your preference. North Beach is a sheller's paradise and sooo close. This quiet residential neighborhood is just steps from the action but private and serene. We even saw a special firework display on our first night that our international visitors thought was arranged just for their enjoyment- thank you neighbors! We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach house in a perfect location!

This is a fabulous house and we will definitely be back next year! Linda was very responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay. We had never been to North Beach before and my husband and I were looking for a warm getaway with our adult children. It was just perfect for what we wanted. North Beach is like a private beach. There are very few people because there’s no available parking for day visitors. So the beach is only used by North Beach’s small community of residents. The house is absolutely charming with so much character and everything has been completely updated. The furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with high-end appliances. The house was super clean! We read that they have accepted dogs so we were worried because our daughter is allergic to dog hair - it was not a problem and we didn't see any evidence of dogs. My husband and I stayed in the main house with our daughter and our son's family stayed in the guest house which is just across from the kitchen (back door). It felt like one big house but the separation provided us with just enough privacy when we wanted it. The beach is just gorgeous and only a short walk from the house. Everything was provided - beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of shade trees lining the streets and a few parks tucked away here and there. We enjoyed cooking at home most nights with the amazing Viking oven. But we also took advantage of the excitement at the Clearwater pier and enjoyed delicious sushi at Ocean Hai. We used the bikes provided to explore the area and get some ice cream on the pier a few times. Delightful! Most evenings we walked back to the beach to watch the sunset and then returned to the house and had cocktails outside around the firepit. Really lovely...thank you!

What makes this property unique

The cottage is just right - an old 1936 house that's been lovingly restored with some fun upgrades (our favorites are the kitchen & outdoor shower!) but with all of the original charm. Plus it's just as lovely outside as it is inside. It just feels like home.
