Enjoy this newly renovated space, located within walking distance to Starbucks, McDonalds, Northside Park, and so much more!

We expect guests to be courteous to neighbors. Parties and loud music are not permitted.

About our space:

The space sleeps 4, with a new memory foam queen and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.

***We do not provide linens for the beds, bath towels, or beach towels. However - we're happy to recommend rental services if you need assistance!***

We've stocked the kitchen (Cooking utensils, dishes, etc), have a smart TV in the living room, and xfinity WiFi. There are also miscellaneous beach items for your use- located in the units small storage locker.

The small balcony area is perfect for your morning coffee, and even gives you a glimpse of the ocean!

Parking:

1 unassigned parking spot is available for the unit. Additional cars must park in public parking and will be towed if parked in additional spots in the condo parking lot.

Other things to note:
Please note that no articles of clothing, beach towels, etc are allowed to be hung from balcony or walkway railings. No outdoor grilling permitted.

Please place all trash in the dumpster located on the side of the building on 122nd St.

Items are not allowed to be stored in the walkways or stairwells.

Noise restriction hours in place from 11pm - 9am. Please be respectful of our neighbors!

Great property convenient to the beach!

This renovated property was great for our short stay at the beach - clean, fresh interior, a new kitchenette, a balcony, and the perfect amount of space for a couple or small family. It was a very short walk to everything we needed - the beach, surf shops, restaurants. Conveniently, a morning Starbucks run was just a hop across the street. (Remember to bring your bedding and towels.)
