Our family had a great stay! Adam was very friendly and helpful. The place was better than described and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
House is big enough for a group however furniture was not very comfortable to sit or sleep. Heat/air controlled through app, was not super easy adjust. Close yo everything yet in a lovely neighborhood. Host is exceptionally involved.
The house was really nice, and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had before arrival.
We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do and eat around Salt Lake City. The views from the house were incredible, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s centrally located and close to everything, which made getting around super easy.Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and we would gladly stay here again!
Brought some teenage boys to their University of Utah orientation. This is a beautiful property, 4 miles away from the school. Super easy to get to and from. The host were super friendly. Really enjoyed talking them. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very nice, clean and new interior furnishings. The host was very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. There are fantastic hikes in the mountains walking distance from the house. It is a great place to stay.
We had such a wonderful stay! The accommodations were so comfy. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The host was amazing and very commutative! Would highly recommend!
This property was quite convenient for access to University of Utah Orthopaedic Center. Hosts live in the upstairs unit, and were great to respond to any inquiries we had. Wonderful view, comfortable home, and well-stocked!
Perfect house for a U of U graduation. The house was clean and spacious. The house was very well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and they had a cabinet of toiletries incase you forgot something. Great location for perfect walks with beautiful views.
We were coming into town for the state fair and my Mom's birthday. It was a perfect place for a gathering! Very good use of space and open concept kept everyone involved. Loved the shower and the heated seat :) Location was great too...close to stores but didn't feel like you're in the city. neighborhood.
My family was here for a family reunion. Adam’s beautiful home was perfect for our needs! It was just a block from where all of our reunion gatherings occurred. This place with all of the beds could accommodate sleeping for my family and my growing grandchildren. It slept 8 of us very comfortably. There was enough hangers, extra soft blankets, towels and toilet paper. (Some of our family members stayed at ANOTHER property, and not enough toilet paper was provided and they ran out!!!) The bathrooms are gorgeous with even a heated toilet seat! The dining/living room was very spacious too! We didn’t use the kitchen much as all of our reunion gatherings, at my sister’s house, included meals! The code system to get in worked out really well. No worry about having a key! Adam provided a phone to control the home temperature. This worked very well. My daughter, who happens to be an Interior Designer, really liked the decor and the weighted blankets! Do not hesitate and book this beautiful home. For skiers it is very close to nearby ski resorts! We actually had a gathering for a hike and a picnic so I know firsthand that it was only about a 20 minute drive.
This house worked well for our visit. The only issue was there was not a fully fenced yard for the pup. There was small dog run in the front yard which the kind owners attempted to secure with a temporary fence. It worked out in the end. Recommend this house for a stay in SLC.
Great home in a centrally located, quiet neighborhood
Great home that is close to the freeway but tucked in a quiet and lovely neighborhood - perfect whether you need to get to SLC or easy access to Park City or any of the ski resorts. The home worked well for our busy family of five dog for nearly 2 weeks. Having two full bathrooms was very helpful and we cooked in the kitchen nearly every day. Our kids and dog loved going on walks at night through the neighborhood and nearby trails. The hosts are truly wonderful- friendly, accommodating, helpful in every way. We had to extend our stay twice and they were so gracious and make it work. We loved it and already planned our next stay in another one of their homes. Highly recommend!
This place was amazing. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. We all could enjoy the TV whether we were in the living room or seated at the dining table. A big plus was the transformer table that could expand to seat all of us and our local friends that stopped by for dinner. It’s really cool how the extra table leaves are stored in the coffee table. All of the beds were very comfortable. A lovely surprise was witnessing a fabulous sunset right from the living room. Many of us were so captivated that we went onto the front lawn and captured some amazing photos. I would highly recommend this place.
This is not a home. This is a mother in law apartment. With street parking and no hot as they advertised. You will hear them walking around upstairs. Definitely not a place for a quiet get away. A group in town to ski sure. Beds are horrible. Shower is nice but not enough water pressure to run it We left early because it was so uncomfortable and not as advertised.
