Awesome house with great hosts !

This home had everything you could want for a fantastic vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators , 2 washers and 2 dryers, everything gets done faster for big families. Wonderful location by the beach ! Great Hosts ! We couldn't ask for a better vacation.

Great Port Aransas beach vacation

We had a great family time. The beach house was exceptional, well equipped, had everything we needed, clean, comfortable for 6 adults, and 4 children. New Wave was always responsive. Great organization, everything was labeled, and there were helpful notes. Overall a great experience, we want to come back.

Beautiful Home

This is an incredible house. I especially loved being able to see the beach from the deck. The kitchen is well set up for being able to cook and serve a lot people and we each had our own space and bathroom. Thank you so much!

Great House and Location

Very well-equipped for a large group. Two refrigerators was nice! Plenty of bedrooms. Easy access to the beach. Nice BBQ smoker. Outdoor shower. Elevator was not always working, but it wasn't a big deal. We're hoping to stay here again next year!

Property exceeded our expectations. It's big and we had plenty of room to space out with our 7 person party. Usually properties are much smaller than the photos make it appear but this one was larger. There were tons of games and beach gear available for us to use. Pool and hot tub were smaller then expected but distance to beach was short. Beds were all very soft. There are a lot of stairs. If anyone has mobility issues, thats something to be aware of. There is an elevator available if needed. Because the house is so big, it did take some time to get cooler when we adjusted the a/c. There was only access to 1 side of the garage to pull in a vehicle but it worked out because our F150 was too big to fit anyways. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it again.

Great for big groups

The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room. Loved the double fridges and bathrooms for every room. There were lots of toys for our 2 toddlers to play with. We appreciated all the items that were provided for our use. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. Great location. We had 3 golf carts delivered via New Wave. That was convenient.

Wonderful house for a whole family getaway

This house is perfect for a large group - the 5 bedrooms are perfect for adults traveling with other family members. The kitchen is huge with two refrigerators and dishwashers. It was so nice to be able to cook easily for a crowd. We appreciated the dog friendly nature of the house as well. Our only caveat, and I did not ask this specific question, is that the elevator does not go down to ground level and there is no ramp in place for those 6 stairs. My elderly mother in law could manage the stairs with help, but a ramp would make that unnecessary. Perhaps one could be added in the garage to make the home fully stair free. The home was wonderful and well worth a stay for any large group - our elevator issue won’t apply to most people.

The decor, the colors the space..........everything about the Beachin Good Time Rental more than met our needs and expectations! The month we spent there was just what we needed we wish we had stayed 2 months. Very relaxing worries not a care in the world. We’ve been coming to Port “A” for 35 years all different seasons and we particularly enjoy the winter. Thank you so much for your hospitality and helping to make our time on your island perfect for us!!!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing as far as location and layout. The beds are SUPER comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. We absolutely love this house.... BUT... the house wasn’t clean. Random food wrappers and cheerios on floor. Several dog hair tumbleweeds all in house. Couch smelled like urine BAD. We couldn’t even use couch it smelled so bad. We couldn’t use the YouTubeTV and the rental company/owners never got back to us about log in info after we asked about it.

Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
