Wonderful family getaway.

We loved the central location of the home. We traveled in and out of Clearwater, Dunedin, Madeira & Indian rocks beach. Utilizing Instacart for grocery delivery was seamless as there is a Publix 6 min away. The pool was a hit for our family. We enjoyed the amenities to the fullest.

Great little getaway place!

My friends and I had an amazing few days at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and so cute. The backyard area was awesome with the pool, grill, and lounge area. Would totally recommend this place for any group.

Great Place to Stay in Seminole

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to family members we were visiting in Seminole. We enjoyed morning walks on nearby Indian Shores Beach and loved going down to Pass a Grille Beach a few times during our 2 week stay. The communication with property manager was quick and thorough, and check in very convenient. The home is clean and suited our needs perfectly with everything we needed. We loved spending a lot of our time relaxing by the private, refreshing swimming pool. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Very Nice Property, Well Maintained

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication was very good and supportive to address questions and maintenance. The pool area was a real plus, we thoroughly enjoyed our time outside and without the usual Florida evening mosquito challenges due to the screened enlosure. Beds were comfy and the games area in the garage was a nice plus. Neighbourhood was very friendly, was there over Halloween which was good fun. Would definitely stay here again and can only recommend.

Beach Vacation

The pictures do not do this place justice! We had the absolute best time. Booked mainly for the pool and spa, which were amazing and covered keeping all the bugs out. But the house itself was so wonderful and feels way bigger inside. Very, very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and an awesome game/movie room in the garage. The owners communication was fast and friendly! We could not have been happier and will definitely book again if ever in the area.

I want to share my experience so others are aware before booking.After our stay, the host actually emailed saying how well we took care of the property and how clean we left everything. However, after I raised concerns about several issues during the stay, they left us a very negative review.Some of the concerns included flashing LED lights in multiple rooms and smoke detectors that were not functioning. A maintenance person was sent to fix the lights while we were out using the pool, which interrupted about two hours of our evening for something that likely could have been addressed after checkout two days later.The property also had an extremely long list of rules, which made it feel like you had to be overly cautious about everything during the stay. In addition, the pool area had noticeable mildew that should probably be addressed.Overall, the property appeared nicer in photos than it did in person. I documented the issues with photos in case anyone would like to see them.Just sharing my experience so future renters can make an informed decision.
