Owner ((Gene) did not respond to messages. Could not check in at the time assigned (4pm) and the condo had not been cleaned so we had to wait until after 8pm.I have sent the owner several messages regarding my security deposit. Without a response from the owner. I have photos and proof of communication, condo not being cleaned, request for my refunding my security deposit, photos and video of how I left the condo at checkout.

Great family vacation

Had a great stay ! Condo was very nice and we loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony having family time! We would definitely pick this condo again , we had a wonderful stay ! Thank you for sharing this condo with us where our family was able to make such great memories!

Condo was just as described. We have stayed at this complex several times and it is one of our favorites. Quiet, family friendly atmosphere. It is in a great location. It is close to the beach, Walmart, and Publix. Condo was very clean. Communication was great with the host. Very nice.

Highly recommend as the home was perfectly clean. The pool was very nice and the view on the deck showed the pool, which was also nice to watch my older girls swim. I definitely would stay here again.
