House was big enough for the whole family. Repairs were needed for sure. Missing essentials in some areas. Hot tub was clean and ready when we arrived. Sauna was just as described. Easy to use. For the amount of people vs. towels for hot tub/showers we did a lot of laundry. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We had an outstanding stay and would absolutely give this property five stars. The home was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and gave our family plenty of room to spend time together while still having our own space. What really made this stay special, though, was the host. We were in Prescott during an incredibly difficult time for our family, and the kindness, communication, flexibility, and genuine concern shown to us meant more than I can put into words. There are hosts who simply provide a place to stay, and then there are hosts who actually care about the people staying in their home. That was absolutely the case here.Everything about the house made it easy for us to settle in and feel at home. It was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed that week. The location was also convenient for everything we needed around Prescott.I can't thank our host enough for the way we were treated during our stay. The extra effort and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed, and our family truly appreciated it.I would recommend this property without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again. An easy 5 out of 5 stars from our entire family.

The property is really nice overall. A little awkward to get in and out of because it’s on the corner of the street. Host was amazing and responsive. Minor issue with ants in the kitchen which was resolved immediately. Unfortunately had other issues with ants, spiders and dirty clothes from other guests that were left behind under the bed. And the king bed also had to be repaired which was addressed immediately too. Looks like previous guests broke the bed and tried to hide it from the host. I love that the host leaves clear directions for everything. Home is super spacious with plenty of room to hang out and spend family time together. And the host leaves a book with recommendations for the area which is nice too. Home is super close to dining and shopping. We didn’t cook at the house however appeared to have adequate cookware and definitely plenty of silverware and plates. Again everything brought to host attention was addressed immediately! If we ever need to go back to Prescott and need a large home again, we’ll be booking with this host again.

Nice Spacious Property

This house is very spacious inside & outside. We had 6 adults & never felt cramped. Nice covered outdoor patio plus two other outside areas. Nice kitchen space. Had a couple of minor issues but the property manager was quick to fix them. Nice location, close to downtown & stores. Worked very nicely for us!
