Beautiful Condo with Convention Location

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The check-in/out process was seamless and the staff so friendly. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent view and spaciousness. However on arrival, the comforter in the primary bedroom on the right (blue room) had blood stains. It was a dry clean-only comforter, so I doubt it is washed between guests which is unacceptable. The next day the manager of housekeeping came by and was very helpful to provide a clean comforter. There were numerous pillows in the unit but all of them were either too flat or overfilled to be comfortable. Also, the white bathroom towels had an old musty odor. As a person who has a rental myself, I am sure to bleach my towels and make sure all towels are fresh smelling. It seemed that the unit was stocked with the cheapest quality of all towels and linens. Next time I will bring my own pillows, blankets and towels. We also had to call maintenance several times due to smoke alarm batteries beeping low, the lid to the coffee maker presented as melted by the under-cabinet lighting, toilet running and the switch to the ceiling heater in one of the bathroom’s malfunctioning and running continuously. A little TLC by the owner would go a long way in creating a good experience for guests.

Very spacious penthouse condo! 4 roomy bedrms with private baths. An extensive kitchen and comfy family room with TV access. Great balcony views to inlet. 5 star here. However, for this amazing condo, we were surprised to only find a supply of one toilet tissue allowance per bathroom and no kleenex supply...anywhere! No hand soap dispenser in kitchen and only one dishwasher tablet and one laundry tablet supplied... no shampoo or conditioner at any shower, so plan ahead and buy a few additional necessities that one would assume would be included. Again, minus the simple amenities that one would think would be provided, the condo is very comfortable with beautiful touches to decorating and impressively spacious! Yes, we would return again, only the next time we'd be prepared with a few basic comfort supplies.
