Emily and Shawn's property puts you right in the middle of a beautifully active city. Plenty of restaurants nearby and shops to visit. The apartment was clean and cozy. Perfect for a solo or couple get-away. Shawn and Emily were readily available to answer any questions we had.We would definitely like to stay there again on subsequent trips. Thanks again to Shawn and Emily for a wonderful stay.

there were stains on the bedspread that the host apologized or, citing faults of their cleaning service. Then I found the sofa and the chair in the main room to have huge stains on them- again the host apologized and stated new furniture was set to arrive the night that I departed.I took pictures and sent to host and he was very nice, apologized and gave me a free night. If this would have been a hotel, i would moved to another room and then if still not right, I would have left for another property.I was stuck here and I asked for more of a discount and they responded they were sorry and safe travels. Clearly this unit was cleaned prior to my arrival and clearly they knew of the stains as they had arranged for new furniture the evening of my arrival.Next time, I am back to a hotel. Great location, but I do not like stains where I sleep and sit and I do not like that I was stuck with this with little in return.Do not stay here unless you are sure it is clean. (and that is what I was able to see)

Mark, we apologize for your experience. This was the first time we have had issues with cleanliness of the unit and were quite embarrassed as we have always prided ourselves on this aspect and had many great reviews on the cleanliness. However, due to your feedback, we have changed cleaning companies and replaced all of the furniture. We invite you back at a discounted rate to give us another try and let us prove ourselves again!

Great location and perfect space!

My son and I stayed for a long weekend to visit family nearby. The location was perfect! Loved the nearby restaurants and the farmer’s market on Saturday. Parking wasn’t an issue at all. We will definitely stay here on our next visit! Thank you for hosting a lovely space.

Listing matched the description and got the job done!

We just needed a place to overnight during our roadtrip, and the apartment was clean, check in/out was easy, everything worked, hosts were responsive. Only complaint is that the AC was clicking on/off quite loudly at night.
