Property was not vrbo but hotel chain. Place smelled like feces and there was poop stain on carpet. Had to leave. Spent hour making sure we got our money back because it was booked through vrbo listed by a third party (can’t even remember name ) which then had to verify that the hotel would refund themPeople we delt with were pleasant but was a process.
