Surf Song #238 - Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo close to all of the popular attractions in south Madeira Beach. Bright and spacious living quarters, with 43 inch television, lead to the outdoor balcony that provides nice side view of the gorgeous gulf waters. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Free Wifi. Please note this condo does not have a phone.

The master bedroom is spacious and includes one queen bed as well as one twin, making this a perfect spot for family of three. Kitchen utensils, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are provided. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Of course, with all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

But what's a vacation without being close to all the amenities? Guests love the close proximity to the warm, gulf waters, white sandy beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village, where there is something new to experience every day. Here you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's Number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Our Favorite Place To Vacation, But Starting A Troubling Trend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year marked our 11th year and 12th stay at Surf Song. It has been our little piece of heaven on earth, but lately it has been challenging. The challenge has become guests who insist on blasting music at the pool, late night/loud partying (and more loud music) at the pool and unsupervised kids. During our stay, we witnessed guests tossing beers from the second floor to folks in the pool, more loud music and simple disregard from the guests who weren't participants. The pinnacle was a group that set up beach chairs and a sound system in the garage and created their own karaoke bar. Bear in mind, they were directly under all the units on the second floor in the tower section. Their music and singing (complete with microphones) permeated throughout the complex and was the height of inconsideration. They stopped after a guest went down to the garage and complained. It seems that more and more, some guests have absolutely no regard for the other guests staying there. They want to party, play music far too loudly, drink far too much alcohol and have no qualms about who they disturb and when they disturb them. We realize you're not a hotel, but it would be wonderful if somehow, someway, the property could be monitored. Not 24/7, but regular checks just to remind guests what the rules are, what's acceptable and what isn't. Especially after 9:00 p.m. No one wants to call the sheriff's office to help curtail these activities, but it seems to be the only option since there is no one to contact after 5:00 p.m. We love Surf Song, but it's getting harder to enjoy the environment we have loved all these years when some groups treat the place as their own private property and have no regard for the people staying around them.

Surf Song was a hit.

Quaint beach getaway. Love the proximity to Johns Pass and the direct access to the beach. Condo was spacious and well equipped. Private balcony with a good beach view. Only good thongs to say, no negatives for me.

Can’t get any better than on the beach! The condo met our expectations. Liked having it cleaned weekly. Great view of the ocean and sunsets off the balcony. Very quiet place and already booked for next year. Thank you Surf Song!

Only wish rental prices could stabilize, before long won’t be able to enjoy this that we worked 30 years for!!

Love the location, the view, the pool is always very warm, and we really like the availability of the gas grills. I just wish the town of Madeira Beach would put up the Christmas street decorations up the week are there (Thanksgiving week) like they did in our first trip in 2020. The staff are always nice and courteous. See you next year!
